The golf courses of Royal Birkdale, Hillside and Formby are within easy reach. WWT Martin Mere is 3 miles away and there are numerous walks through the coastal dunes and pinewoods. Tea/coffee-making facilities are provided. Also, continental breakfast is available for an additional charge.

Lynn's place is close to public transport and amenities. You will have a double room with double bed and a single bed so ideal for solo travellers, couples or friends sharing a space. This is quiet house to stay in with sitting area, tea and coffee provided, guests only Shower room and choice for breakfast of self service cereals or toast etc. I am a Medical Herbalist I live with my partner Mark and Dogs Honey and Tinker we leave guests to own devices unless need help then we can be messaged.

We’re in a quiet suburb of Liverpool, 20 minutes drive from the centre, ten minutes stroll to the main bus route to Liverpool or Southport, free off-road parking at the front of the house. We’ve got a lovely garden to sit in with a pizza oven and barbecue. Little breakfast included- cooked breakfasts on request. We’d love to meet you!

Excellent wifi for your phones/laptops and a small selection of books.
