A beautiful rustic cabin in an amazing spot. Lori is a great host and is always near in her farmhouse to communicate and get you what you need. Appleton is not far from Camden / Rockland but has that rustic getaway feel. The option of adding a wonderful soak in the hot tub, wood fired sauna, massage and breakfast are available as well. I’ll be back next year! Thank you for everything, Lori!

An absolute gem if you want to reconnect with family/nature, relax and unplugg. It was so peaceful and tranquil. my 5 year old son loved being in the loft stargazing at night. we would be sitting in the deck by the firepit for smores and some snacks every night. Truly, one of our best family trips. Kendra is also very responsive.

Beautiful secluded location for my partner and I! Jen was very clear with instructions and made checking in and out very hassle-free! We had such a lovely week and having this space really enhanced our little vacation. Although the location itself may not have a lot to do, it is perfectly nestled between Belfast and Camden, two cute towns on the water. Acadia National Park was about 1.45 hours away but the drive is well worth it, especially being able to come home to a hot tub. 10/10 recommend this property, and thank you Jen for sharing your space with us!!

Misty’s cabin was very cute, cozy, and private. We loved soaking in the hot tub and listening to the frogs and crickets at night! The bed is kind of firm and springy but was doable for a short stay. Would definitely recommend grabbing breakfast at the cafe 1055 across the street, we ended up stopping there twice and it was delicious both times. Misty had great communication during our stay as well!

We absolutely loved our stay at Alexa’s cabin. We enjoyed the hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, and truly felt like we could disconnect from the world to connect with those around us. Alexa was a great communicator, provided detailed instructions and local recommendations that were spot on. Don’t hesitate to book this Bridgton escape!

We had an amazing stay at the cabin! Carly gave a great list of recommendations and was very responsive. There was so much to do in the area to keep us busy we didn’t turn the tv on for the entire week. The area was peaceful and private, the view beautiful, and the hot tub was a plus. We also enjoyed all the games available for us to play! We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

I was meeting with family for a graduation. Four of us were staying here. The place was exactly what we needed in our lives and hoped for. It was country, quiet, peaceful and beautiful. It was so beautiful sitting on the back porch that we never once sat in the living room. We had lots of coffee and laughs sitting out there. We never even went into the hot tub or sauna. Would definitely recommend if this is what you need for your soul.

I booked this place last minute to have a night to myself with a good book and a peaceful environment. The little a-frame was exactly as described. Ended up meeting a family from upstate New York who shared a burger with me and a couple laughs. Felt totally safe there being on my own, walked around the desert for a while before settling in for the night. It was cozy, relaxing and the bed was super comfortable. It was nice looking out the window and listening to the sound of rain. Doug was great, responsive and gave me all the instructions for a seamless check in and check out. Would definitely go back. Pam's Ocean View cottage was wonderful. Very clean and well appointed with quality bed linens,towels and kitchen supplies. The deck had a great view and we spent a lot of time dining there even though there were many good restaurants nearby. Hope to return.

What a wonderful spot! Gorgeous, quiet pond and relaxing wood fired sauna. Rheanna is a super responsive and helpful host. We'll be back! Just FYI - this cabin is a "three season" structure. Although it was super comfortable, it felt a little more like camping than we originally expected with some cool nights and mornings, a few insect frinds, and a short walk to the shared bathrooms and kitchen area.

Off the grid enough to feel completely alone in the woods, but close enough to where you can get dinner or find other things to do with only a short drive. Highly recommend.

This was our second time staying here. We love the beautiful and peaceful setting. Lots to do in the surrounding areas but also we love relaxing at the house by just sitting on the dock with a good book or kayaking/fishing in Hobbs Pond.

I was disappointed with the TV and the lack of directions on how to use it but besides that I enjoyed the stay and loved the bed.

The house was beautiful and extremely warm and cozy! There were different forms of entertainment such as games, sports equipment and movies along with a pool table. Everything was very clean and the grounds were very cared for. Lisa was lovely and provided a trail map of her property which consisted of 130 acres you could explore. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who is looking for a lovely getaway!

Beautiful cabin in Sherwood Forest Campsite. Check in and check out were really easy and the cabin itself was very clean. Kitchen is bare bones but had pretty much everything we needed. Even had some firewood for us!

I just wanted to say that we had an amazing stay. It was beyond what we expected it to be. It was quiet. It was peaceful. It was clean. We had no complaints. Everything worked as it should have. It’s definitely a place. We will travel to again.

The location of the cabin was perfect for us and we couldn't have asked for a better view from the screened in porch. The cabin was just as described, and the beds were very comfortable! Whitney and Robert were easy to communicate with and we had a great stay.

Overall, we had a very peaceful and smooth stay at this beautiful cabin! We found it with no troubles, hosts were very responsive, and the boats and board games were nice touches. We had a few minor issues (coffee container was empty and firewood costs were a bit steep), but we’d recommend the cabin and would love to come back.

Private and peaceful Beautiful area and lots of great food to choose from . We had a rainy weekend, but we still had a great time! One of the few places we could find with a king size bed when you have one at home it’s a must when you travel !!!

If you want to find solitude, this is the place to go. Set in the woods, 10mt drive from Freeport, the A frame cottage was just the place to chill. You could use it as a launching pad for Portland, New Brunswick and Freeport. Bow Market in Freeport offers a wide range of food and beverages.

This cabin is one of the most wonderful places I have been. My partner and I stayed just under a week and we enjoyed every second! It was so peaceful and relaxing to be away in such a beautiful home in an amazing area!
