Very quiet and peaceful location. Although I never met her face-to-face, she was incredibly helpful through our messages. When my flight was delayed, she kindly left the lights on to help me find my way around the house, which I truly appreciated. Such a considerate gesture! The bed and pillows were very comfortable! I will be asking her what bed that was. The rules and check in process were all clear and easy to understand.

Room and bathroom were clean, as were the common rooms. Safe neighborhood with convenient street parking. Only (very minor) issue was that the keypad entry was broken - but there was someone there to meet us when we arrived and give us the keys, so it wasn't a problem. Drive time to downtown Indianapolis is about 20 minutes with no traffic or 30 minutes during rush hour.

Very spacious room! He provided snacks and cold water in the mini fridge. There’s also coffee available every morning and only about 10-15 minutes from Downtown Indy. He is also very responsive.
