Oh my goodness the view is amazing! The place was super clean! And the king bed was actually not a australian/NZ king (167 cm wide) it was actually an american king (193 cm wide!!!) that was a nice surprise! Thank you!

Felt like home staying at Pete & Sarah’s. My daughter was happy but was very cautious especially with the glass dining table so we had to place the chairs around the corners of them. Other than that, the place was lovely & cozy. The view was great from outside. Loved waking up to it. Had everything we needed as we did home cooked meals during our stay.

A truly wonderful place to stay. You would be hard pressed to find such quality in a top hotel. Everything was provided. The house was warm and comfortable. There is a self contained, fully equipped flat in the basement with a huge bed and spacious bathroom. There is parking on site, right by the front door. Queenstown dock area is literally down the hill. I have no hesitation in recommending this lovely, luxurious apartment to anyone - a real ‘WOW’.

The place itself is spotless, modern, and incredibly well-kept, with stunning views that truly make it special. The hot tub was a fantastic touch, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is ideal — just a short drive to Frankton for shops and the airport, while still being close enough to Queenstown to enjoy the vibrant nightlife. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The host was amazing — very approachable, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to accommodate an extra guest by providing additional bedding. That kind of thoughtful service made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this property if you’re looking for comfort, great amenities, and a truly memorable stay in the Queenstown area!

We had a lovely and enjoyable stay at Queenstown Mews! We visited Queenstown with our young kids for my husband running the half marathon and this was a fantastic place to stay with young children. There is a beautiful lakeside playground and coffee shop only a stroll down the street through a beautiful garden and everything was in walking distance. Also the dryer and washing machine were fantastic and a must travelling with young kids!!

This property was our home away from home for a whole month! First, we appreciate Guy's proactive communication. There is plenty of living space, and the best part is the spectacular view of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains from the living room balcony. We felt grateful to wake up to it daily. All the basic amenities are included, including cooking supplies/equipment, extra linens, and toiletries. The washer and dryer units were so helpful to have. The garage was also perfect for storing my husband's mountain bike. It's a 10-15 minute very steep walk to and from downtown, so anticipate getting fit during your stay. :) Heads up to future guests who prefer a more tranquil vibe - there is notable noise during holidays and peak periods. The condo complex gets quite busy with visitors frequently being shuttled in and out, so there are car doors slamming, loud voices, etc. which can be heard from the bedroom windows. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and we would return again!

great location! well priced for Queenstown

One of the best places to stay on the outskirts of Queenstown. Located in the beautiful Arthurs Point, this apartment was perfect for what we were after. It was quiet, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and had an incredible view over the Shotover river, while being only 10 minutes from the centre of QT. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and cannot recommend this place enough!

The apartment was spacious, homely and clean. Some people might have a difficult carrying their luggage up 2 flights of stairs as it was on the 3rd floor. We were blessed to have a quiet stay, as the restaurant on the 2nd floor was closed temporarily during our stay. Host is responsive and helpful, will recommend for a short stay!

Everything was great and the apartment is lovely. You can easily walk from there into town and you can leave your car at the apartment because Queenstown’s traffic is quite busy. I really enjoyed staying at Jan’s apartment. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay in Queenstown. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The apartment was comfortable and had an incredible view of the mountains. The building is older and the furnishings are basic but functional. I do wish the flooring was something other than industrial carpet, but it wasn’t a big deal. Having on-site parking — even though it was tight — was a huge bonus since parking in downtown Queenstown can be really tough. Most importantly, Marie made the experience exceptional. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Thanks to her and the great location, this place easily deserves 5 stars.

The apartment was very clean, tidy, warm and comfortable, was decorated nicely and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy and communication with Kate was great. Would happily stay there again.

Excellent room! Very clean and cozy. It was great having a tea kettle in the room and tea offered by the host! Great place to stay for the night!

This was a very comfortable, well equipped condo. Our rental car was too big to fit in the garage but parking was easy and convenient outside in the designated spaces. Short drive to city center and there is a sidewalk that would allow you to walk if you wanted. We could see the mountains from the patio! Great for our family.

Excellent stay with Kate. Her place is thoughtfully decorated with expansive mountain views and felt like home in Wanaka immediately. Great outdoor balcony overlooking the ranges which a BBQ to enjoy some food and drinks. Kate was an incredible host proactively offering baby essential items for our little one, answering questions we had within minutes, checking in to see how I stay was. The property was kept in immaculate condition, place felt brand new with modern amenities like aircon, heating in all rooms and exceptionally clean which was really important for us travelling with a baby and the wider complex had excellent amenities like tennis courts, spa and gym which was an added bonus for an Airbnb. Highly recommend and great place for a family or anyone to come back home after a day venturing in and around Wanaka
