Phil really had the place comfortable for all of us and went the extra mile with snacks, a doggie bed, and toys. Our pup really enjoyed the ball! He was also very flexible with our arrival and departure time which was very helpful! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

David is an exceptional host. The place was clean and had everything we needed. He really made us feel as if we were renting from a family member. He opened up his home and allowed us to use whatever we needed. The backyard was great for our dog. David responded to any questions we had within 5 minutes even offering us a late checkout if we needed one. I would highly recommend staying at David’s place.

Firstly Brandon is a great host. He checked on us twice while our stay. The place is really clean, has everything you need. The street is really quiet. Overall good experience

The Pearl was exactly as described in the description. The home was very nice and clean. Estee was quick at responding. We enjoyed it!

This house was absolutely perfect for my husband, my dog, and me. The backyard was so big, well kept, and I sat out there every morning on the deck watching my pup run and play. We didn't get a chance to use the fire pit, but we did get to sit under the trees with my sister and enjoy the afternoon. Both sides of neighbors were friendly and quiet and because of the layout of the lawn, we could also set ourselves up for privacy.

Wonderful house for our family vacation. Kids loved the amenities and it was conveniently located to everything planned to do in Detroit.

Exactly As Advertised We very much enjoyed our stay. The listing was spot on—everything was as described. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. WiFi worked well and without issues. Check-in/out was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and prompt; two minor issues were managed in little time. We would happily stay here again.

Their place was absolutely clean! Felt and smelled disinfected and was spotless! Kitchen was fully stocked and very nice! The place overall was amazing! Mattresses were very comfy. Living room furniture is the only thing I didn’t like besides the outside patio furniture. But definitely a five star place. If anyone says otherwise that is very concerning. These ladies went above and beyond to provide a modern spotless place in a safe neighborhood with many accommodations! Close to many shops and restaurants! This should be anyone’s first pick if staying in Detroit. Not even the Ritz-Carlton felt and looked as clean as their place!

Adam’s place worked perfectly for us. The location and the accommodations were just what had we needed. Hopefully, this place will be available when we make our next trip to Rochester Hills.

I had friends come out of town and we were all in agreement that this one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at. The host provided us with every amenity possible but whats really impressive is that this house had absolutely every little amenity. So many convenient tools and gadgets in the house and they were all quality products. The beds were so comfy. The kitchen had everything possible!! We would come back here without a doubt. Really cute and beautiful house. Thank you for the stay!!

Our whole family agreed that this was a favorite rental that had something for everyone. The house was exactly as described and we enjoyed everything about our stay. There were just a couple of minor things that we needed to reach out to Lindsey and Dylan with and they were incredibly responsive. The house was perfect for a relaxing family vacation. We definitely took advantage of the pool and basically lived in the screened-in porch for most of our stay. It was also super-drivable and we were able to explore the National Park, take the ferry for a day-trip to Pelee Island, and try a few wineries. It was definitely a 5-star experience.

Very nice clean and spacious. Plenty of games and activities to do. Very big back yard the pool was nice the fire pit was great for at night. Location was nice and private area. Highly recommended

Home was IMMACULATE and Ferndale was a gem! Such a cute small town with so much to do! Pool was perfect and nice to have it heated. This is the safest and friendliest city neighborhood I have ever stayed in! So quiet and chill. Def hit rust belt market while there! Host was so sweet and responsive and home is well outfitted with super comfy beds and several TVs and hanging out areas.

We had a good stay and the location was perfect for our home base. The beds were quite comfy, which is always nice since you never know what kind of mattress you'll be sleeping on until you have to sleep on it. The hosts were very nice, easy to communicate with and very responsive. The Airbnb was super cute with tons of space. We did have an issue with hot water while we were there, but Rachel was quick to respond and help resolve it. One thing of note is that the walls are crazy thin and you can hear almost everything on either side, as people were staying in those adjacent apartments. Thankfully, everyone was respectful and quiet at night. With that said, definitely bring an eye mask and ear plugs for sleeping if you are sensitive to noise and light while you sleep. The bedrooms face 9 mile and it's a busy downtown where people are out and about late due to being a popular night life area. The location was perfect for us. We loved being able to walk to so many shops and restaurants.

Elainea's condo was a nice size with full kitchen and our stay was peaceful and quiet. Elainea was very responsive to any questions, and I would stay again if in the area!

Enjoy our Day trip in this Cozy Royal oak property! The owner was kind, responsive and super helpful. The pictures/property was exactly as stated! My sons enjoyed the room with the bunk beds their own personal tv. Master bedroom was lovely and my Father n Law enjoyed the down stairs bedroom. Everything was Nice. 👍🏽 Thanks to Quiera and team.

Roger was a responsive and accommodating host who was willing to work with us to make sure his house would suit the needs of our long term work trip. The house was very nicely appointed and looked either newly built or very recently updated; definitely nicer than many others in the area. Additionally, it’s not too far from some good restaurants, bars, etc. Will definitely look to book this house in the future if ever in the area again.

Nimrat’s home was the perfect place for our stay. Family friendly and a great location. Walking distance to a couple parks for kids and the house was so cozy. Perfect distance to downtown Detroit as we were in town for a concert. Would love to rent again if needed. Great place to stay in Royal Oak.

Rochelle’s place is better than advertised, not to mention how pleasant she is!!! Her place was is extremely clean and you can tell she cares about the guests that will stay there. From top to bottom she does not miss. My family was here from Alabama and needed a last minute stay and Rochelle came through for us. Every family member wanted to leave a review for her. I’m definitely going to always check here first for availability whenever we need a place. True definition of SUPERHOST!!!!!

TLDR: Fantastic Airbnb, even better hosts, would stay again in a heartbeat. We had a bachelor party with 8 people and all of us thoroughly enjoyed the house. We were pleasantly surprised by its size and amenities. It matched the pictures and was quite clean. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location for doing activities all across Detroit, Auburn Hills, Novi, you name it. We shared a concern about linens/pillows from reading reviews and before our stay, they upgraded all of them around the house, such a nice touch that was very appreciated! Thus, we all got great sleep. The owners were extremely friendly and responsive, even after 1 am. Check in & check out were easy. Only a few recommendations such as reupholstering/replacing the living room couch as the padding is worn out, keeping a vacuum on site, and sweeping the garage to get leaves/debris out.

Eva was a great host! The home was just as it was advertised. Was the perfect location for us. And Eva stayed in great contact and helped us promptly correct a problem we had. Will definitely stay here again.
