The apartment has two full bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The showers are walk-in and the water falls from the ceiling like rain. The sinks are made of natural stone. There is a beanbag area that is ideal for relaxing while watching the Smart TV with Netflix. You'll be able to watch all the TV channels from your country. You can also take the TV off the wall and turn it around to watch it from the sofa. The white natural linen sofa converts into a large bed measuring 160x200. The Wi-Fi is high-speed. The air conditioning is provided by Airzone, allowing you to control the ideal temperature in each area of the apartment. Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.
