The apartment has two bedrooms with ocean view. One of them is completely glazed, creating a spacious and bright space. Both the windows in the living room and those of the two rooms have automatic opaque mats to create privacy between one area and another when it comes to sleeping. The two beds in the rooms are 150x190 with good, firm mattresses and memory foam. Each bed has two memory foam pillows and two regular pillows. The apartment has two full bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The showers are walk-in and the water falls from the ceiling like rain. The sinks are made of natural stone. There is a beanbag area that is ideal for relaxing while watching the Smart TV with Netflix. You'll be able to watch all the TV channels from your country. You can also take the TV off the wall and turn it around to watch it from the sofa. The white natural linen sofa converts into a large bed measuring 160x200. The Wi-Fi is high-speed. The air conditioning is provided by Airzone, allowing you to control the ideal temperature in each area of the apartment. The designer kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, and you can cook any dish in it. Podere Pereti Nuovi – Modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six people. The décor and the ambience are very well thought out. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people).
