The home has been carefully designed to create harmony with the surrounding landscape through natural finishes, neutral tones, and tasteful decor. Watch the sunrise from the East balcony, enjoy the sound of waves on the South terrace and fall in love with the sunset, while having dinner on the West balcony. All with No neighbours to look at, because you get the whole floor of the apartment builing! This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. All without any neighbours to look at. Because the whole floor is yours! Master beedroom with fantastic sea views has a queen sized bed. Two other bedrooms, both with sea views, have 2 single (90cm) beds, which can be joined together for a matrimonial King sized bed. It is a very green area, in the middle of a pine forest and full of palm trees, next to the Delta de Llobreagat natural park, providing a quiet beach environment. Yet close to the city center. You can enjoy a side sea view and as you can see in the photos it is 15 steps from the sea. 10 meters away there is FLISVOS café- bar-restaurant, where you can enjoy your meal you want during the day cocktails or breakfast . Next to the rooms you will find FLISVOS watersports club as well as a lovely sandy beach with sunbeds. You will find my place 10-15 minutes walking from the center of Naxos town (Chora) , 10 minutes by car from the port of Chora and 30-40 minutes walking with luggage.
