Additionally, you can relax on the cozy terrace with a view of the azure sea, perfect for outdoor meals or relaxed evenings with a glass of wine. Se compone de un espacioso salón y cocina totalmente equipada, dos terrazas (ambas con vistas al mar) baño completo, zona relax y un amplísimo dormitorio con bañera integrada e increíbles vistas al mar. No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !

Het voormalige veerhuis werd volledig gerestaureerd en verbouwd tot vakantiehuis voor 2 personen, sinds juli 2022. Schitterende setting naast de rivier, l' Anglin, met zicht op de brug, het château en het dorp Angles-sur-l'Anglin. Het huis heeft een eigen tuin en er is een privé-strand op het domein. De barque ligt klaar op de rivier, heerlijk zwemmen voor de deur of verderop aan de Moulin de Remerle of de Moulin du Pré.
