Το στούντιο είναι ένα παραδοσιακό πέτρινο οίκημα που βρίσκεται σε ένα κτήμα περιστοιχισμένο από δένδρα και λουλούδια. Η θέα προς Μύκονο, Δήλο και άλλα Αιγαιοπελαγίτικα Νησιά είναι μοναδική. Κοντά υπάρχουν πολλές οργανωμένες παραλίες καθώς και η γνωστή παραλία της Παχιά ΄Αμμου. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν εστιατόρια-ταβέρνες, μινι μαρκετ . Δίπλα από το κτήμα βρίσκεται ένα από τα πολλά παραδοσιακά μονοπάτια του νησιού. Η απόσταση από το λιμάνι της Τήνου είναι περίπου 6 χιλιόμετρα.

Επίσης απεχει 25 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης αλλά μόνο 7 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο. There is one double bed and one single, in the same room; a small kitchen with a fridge. Its relaxing courtyard is protected from the wind and the sun, where you can enjoy the hammock under the tree. The property has private parking area.
