Beachfront holiday rental in Southern Aegean

From the minute I met the hosts at the ferry port I knew this vacation was going to be special! They are both so warm and welcoming and I now have new friends for life. The home was the ideal place that I dreamed of...it overlooks the Aegean Sea, just 10 minutes outside of the port city, close to a grocery market and numerous beaches. The sunset right from the porch or from the shore is heavenly and different every night. There's a path down the cliffside right to the water. The home itself is exactly as it appears in the description and the pictures. I absolutely plan to visit here again as this home is exactly the relaxing environment I was hoping for. I highly recommend it!

Our villa was stunning with a most beautiful sea view. It was also extremely private. A short bus ride away from Thira and a short taxi from Oia. The host and her entire team were some of the most friendly and welcoming people we've come across on our travels. It is clear that they have a deep love for Santorini which has definitely rubbed off on us! Safe that when we go back we will be hoping to stay with them again be it in this property or one of their many others on the island. ευχαριστώ!

I cannot describe how peaceful this place is. We feel so lucky to have experienced this sanctuary! Leo is unbelievably accommodating, like no other host we’ve had - he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and relaxed. The place is beautifully positioned and equipped and it’s the perfect place to be still and quiet and unwind. We visited for the first few nights of our honeymoon and it was complete perfection. Ein traumhafter Ort mit atemberaubender Aussicht – wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Strand ist über ca. 20 Stufen gut erreichbar und flach abfallend, ideal zum Baden. Die Abgeschiedenheit sorgt für absolute Ruhe, und der Blick aufs Meer ist einfach faszinierend – wir konnten an vier von sieben Tagen sogar Delfine beobachten! Die Anfahrt über die etwa 25-minütige Bergstraße wirkt anfangs etwas abenteuerlich, ist aber mit Allradfahrzeug gut machbar. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist der begrenzte Stauraum für Kleidung und Gepäck. Katerina ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich mit großer Herzlichkeit um ihre Gäste. Wer Ruhe, Natur und einen besonderen Ort am Meer sucht, wird hier absolut glücklich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Really nice stay, taxi service was very helpful and the villa views were beautiful. Only issue is there aren’t any enough sun beds for the number of guests if all the villas were full.

Beautiful villa — easily walkable to the beach and with excellent views of the sea and surrounding hills. Clean & functional. Maria at the Airbnb gives great recommendations for restaurants and activities nearby.

Wir wurden bereits am Flughafen herzlich begrüsst und zur Unterkunft begleitet. Es hat alles problemlos geklappt. Die Unterkunft ist einfach ein wahr gewordener Traum, besser lässt es sich nicht beschreiben! Kostas hat uns gleich alles gezeigt und war für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar oder kam sogar persönlich kurz vorbei. Ein ganz grosses Dankeschön für diese erholsamen Tage und diese wahnsinnig schöne Unterkunft.

We had such a memorable stay! The location is like something out of a dream—tucked into volcanic rock by the sea, it feels like a hidden pirate cove at night. The suite was unique and thoughtfully designed, a refreshing change from the usual. While people may glance at their reflections in the windows, the space feels completely private. The warm rooftop pool is a highlight, with stunning views across the bay. The 200-step walk up to Oia isn’t difficult and is filled with breathtaking views and sunsets along the way. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making everything from communication to transfers seamless. A special thanks for quickly handling a request—it really made us feel cared for. The cleaning lady was also lovely: efficient and always friendly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a truly special and unforgettable place to stay!

Beautiful place, great for families. Lots of toys and even a potty for the kids! Cleaner came mid week which was not necessary but so great. Beach is a 3 min walk. Really need a car to get there which was fine for us! Thanks for everything.

Fick ett fint välkomnande! Bodde i lägenheten en vecka med mina vänner och boendet var över våra förväntningar. Det såg ut som på bilderna. Superfint! Alla var väldigt nöjda med bokningen av boendet och skulle kunna tänka sig att åka dit igen.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The views are gorgeous, the private beach was incredible, the house was super spacious, and they were very helpful and responsive.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Crete! The location was absolutely perfect—centrally positioned on the island, it made exploring both the east and west sides, as well as all the nearby towns, super convenient. The house itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported throughout our visit. The grounds were impeccably maintained and much larger than the photos portray. One of the highlights was the charming taverna right next door, and there were plenty of other great restaurants less than 10 minutes away by car. The warm hospitality from everyone we met made it feel like a true home away from home. We can’t wait to return one day and would wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone planning a trip to Crete.

Öncelikle tatilimizi bu kadar güzel geçirmemizi sağladığı icin TAF beach villas ekibine çok teşekkür etmek isterim. Butik ama bir o kadar da detaylarin düşünüldüğü bir otel. Öncelikle otelin sakinliği, evin mahremiyeti çok güzeldi. Sahil bomboştu ve çok huzurluydu. Ev çok temizdi ve hergün temizlik yapildi.Orda rahat edebilmek adina birçok detay vardi.(sahilde deniz ayakkabisi, evde ateşölçer vb.) Tesla ile de güzel bir deneyim yaşadık. Kısacası çocuklarla çok konforlu bir tatil geçirdik. Teşekkürler Nancy ve Louis. Tekrar görüşmek üzere..

The place was beautiful and amazing and the view was gorgeous! The pictures were very accurate. It was very clean and spacious. Marina and Maria were very responsive and helpful. It is a very peaceful place. It is up a very steep hill and you need to rent a car as it is not walking distance to anywhere but the beach. You could walk 2 miles on the beach to Plaka which had plenty of restaurants and beaches. Delivery takeout is a possibility from Wolt and they were very efficient and reasonably priced. I would recommend a stay here for the amazing views and the amount of space.

Wir hatten wundervolle 11 Tage in der Villa Cathrin. Die Nähe zum Meer ist traumhaft, die Anlage bietet viele Möglichkeiten die Urlaubstage abwechslungsreich zu gestalten (Tischtennis, allerhand Sandspielzeug, Gesellschaftsspiele, Billard). Wir hatten komplett unsere Ruhe und genossen die Abgeschiedenheit. Die Begrüßung war so herzlich - vielen lieben Dank noch mal dafür. Zu beachten ist: Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto, denn die Villa ist sehr abgeschieden. Für uns waren es auch leider zu wenig Handtücher. Also lieber noch ein paar mitbringen. Die Unterkunft ist teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Pumpe des Pools ist nachts sehr laut, daher mussten die Fenster oft schließen. Das stellt vielleicht im Hochsommer eine Schwierigkeit dar. Diese Punkte schwächten unser positives Erlebnis aber keinesfalls und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Große Empfehlung!

Niki's boat house was amazing. It felt like a luxury stay in a gorgeous secluded place . We were stunned when we walked in and saw how beautiful his place was, it's even better than the pictures. Niki gave helpful directions on where to park and how to get to the stay before we checked in. During our stay we needed extra towels and I messaged him asking where I could find some. Niki responded quickly and personally brought us more towels within the hour. We absolutely recommend staying here , you won't regret it!

The best balcony overlooking the best swimming spot in all of Milos. What a treat to wake up and fall asleep here! You won’t want to leave. Beautiful clear waters and incredible white cliffs surround the bay. We stocked up at the supermarket and bakeries before settling in here for three nights and had such a gorgeous and relaxing time. Desy was really friendly and helpful, even letting us check in early. We loved eating sticky baklava and drinking coffee on the balcony before basking in the hot sun then having a gorgeous swim in the bay below. You’re guaranteed to feel like kings and queens of Firopotamos staying here.

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans un petit paradis : l’emplacement est idéal, les pieds dans l’eau au cœur d’un petit village calme et plein de charme. L’appartement répond pleinement aux attentes : très joli, parfaitement équipé, avec un lit très confortable et le plaisir d’être bercés par les vagues. Quant à l’accueil, parfait également. Katrina est très chaleureuse, attentive et pleine de bons conseils. Bref, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

We had an incredible stay in Naxos because of Angelos and Mike’s amazing home and hospitality. The home itself is absolutely stunning and an oasis, however what made our experience so wonderful was how helpful and generous the owner are with their time with everything including arranging transportation from the port, showing us around, getting groceries and food, and making sure we were taken care of. The home is at the top of a hill with an amazing view. There are beaches very close by and restaurants, and grocery stores within 20 minute walking distance. We decided not to rent a car and had to do a healthy walk uphill when we were coming back from the beach or dinner which we didn’t mind and Angelos was incredibly helpful, if needed. Overall this was one of the best air bnb experiences and I recommend it 100% for a relaxing and beautiful stay in Naxos

The place was amazing!! Everything was clean and in order and the location was pristine. It was on the sand of an unpopular, but beautiful, beach which made it quiet and private. I recommend this place to anyone going to Milos!

Tout était parfait! Le logement est fabuleux. L'emplacement, le confort, le déco, les équipements,...tout est prévu pour passer un agréable séjour. Les must sont la vue splendide sur le port et l'accès direct à la mer par ce charmant petit escalier. Enfin l'accueil discret, chaleureux et efficace. Si nous devons revenir à Amorgos, nous reviendrons chez Aleksandra sans aucune hésitation ! Nous recommandons vivement !

Ce logement est un petit bijou. Surplombant le charmant port de Heronissos, il est doté de 2 belles terrasses, l’une sur le toit au soleil et la seconde en face de l’entrée, à l’ombre. Dans le port à l’abri du vent, se trouvent 2 restaurants et une plage de sable, accessibles en longeant la berge. Il est possible de se baigner en bas du logement en empruntant l’une des échelles dans le port. L’intérieur du logement a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût, avec des matériaux locaux de très grande qualité. Chaque objet et mobilier a été choisi avec soin et l’ensemble est superbe. Manolis nous a accueillis avec une très grande gentillesse et de multiples attentions (divers produits offerts). La propreté est irréprochable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre extraordinaire. Seul petit bémol qui nous a un peu gênés : un certain manque d’intimité en raison de l’appartement voisin dont la terrasse est peu séparée. Une adresse que nous recommandons chaleureusement.
