A pleasantly decorated apartment with everything it takes for a quiet stay. The condominium has a mini market that helps replenish something needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is no agitation, cars or motorcycles passing by making noise. It's very familiar and nice. But you really need a car or Uber to get around because you don't have a lot of establishment nearby. For those who need to use as a home office, it is not so suitable as it does not have a table or chairs suitable for this work. But in the city there are pleasant libraries that can be used for this, just move around.

The house was better than the photos. New, immaculate, clean house. The house is comfortable, safe, complete. Lots of amenities of all kinds nearby. Very comfortable mattresses. Beach nearby, as for walking. 3 blocks away is the beach, which is spectacular. Hosts are very attentive and quick to respond. Nice to meet you. We highly recommend.

The space quietly houses 4 people, ventilator in the living room and air-conditioning in all the rooms oq left the experience even better, I was surprised because it is even better in the photos. Quiet Neighborhood and the place is not far from the center if you go by car but for those who like a walk will be quiet as well. Sirlene's house is very well located: close to the beach, restaurants and bars in Itaúna. The condominium is great, with a great pool and quiet neighbors. My dogs loved it and were very calm too. I'll be back for sure!

Great apartment, in a great condominium for those with children. Spacious accommodations, the apartment had everything I needed, comfortable and clean. The condominium with a swimming pool, quadra, playground and a gallery mall below that offered options of convenience, bakery, Smart Fit gym and fast restaurants. Next to the metro and easy to get around the area. I recommend it!

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. They were very helpful and answered all questions, responding promptly before and during the stay. The condominium pools are great and the staff are very friendly. The house was very tidy and the bed and bath linens were super clean. The terrace space is a plus and the condominium is very beautiful. Very safe and quiet region, there are some restaurants, markets and a bakery nearby. Due to the location, it seemed better to me to go by car, which in 1 minute is on the main street of the neighborhood.
