Beachfront holiday rental in Southeast Region

The house is very cozy, all clean, safe and calm, and has all necessary utensils for a great stay. Approximately 10 minutes walking to large markets, less than 5 minutes by car. Attentive hosts respond quickly, ready to help. Unfortunately the blender did not work, but nothing that a maintenance, or a new one does not solve, it did not hinder our stay at all. It was 7 wonderful days, we enjoyed the beauty of the place a lot. Super recommend and we'll come back again, God willing.

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. Rodrigo was very attentive with all my doubts, and the Maria who receives us at the house is very dear and gave us several tips. We left already wanting to come back!. We had wonderful days and look forward to coming back soon!

I was looking for a special place to surprise my husband on his 60th birthday. And it couldn't have found a better place than Dário's house on Ilha Comprida. What an amazing place! The house is a delight, super equipped, the gardens well cared for, we notice the so much love deposited in every bit of that place. And being isolated there, only you and the sea, there are no words. The employees were super attentive, they helped us carry our stuff on our arrival (and look we brought a lot of food), Ninha came there from afar just to prepare our breakfast. My eldest son was happy to find all the necessary structure to make the Napoletan pizzas that he does so well. We were with our two children, a friend and a couple of Norwegian friends, all of them were extremely pleased. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment is super comfortable, and is very well located. It has a beautiful view of the sea, beyond the view of the rooftop of the building, where there is a swimming pool with a wide view of the entire waterfront. The Hosts were super helpful.

The place is as described in the listing: "a paradise" and the hosts are great, ready to respond and solve any eventual problem. The space was impeccable in terms of cleanliness and the sea view is stunning.

The apartment exceeded expectations, the only bad thing for us was the cold pool, we went in May so it was not hot, in the most everything very good, clean, the Ricardo very attentive and helpful ! staff of the building also very nice . If God will allow us to return !

The house has exceeded our expectations! Everything was exactly as in the pictures and described in the listing — beautiful, well-equipped and very comfortable. We didn't have any issues during the stay. The location is excellent, with markets and bakeries nearby, and the condominium is a charm, super well taken care of. We take great advantage of the pool, which is huge and wonderful, in addition to the game room, which has yielded great moments. The host was amazing: always attentive, quickly answered all our questions and was very helpful. Access to the condominium was simple and quick, and the staff of the condominium were very polite and friendly. We were driving, which made it easy to get to know more distant beaches — it was a perfect trip. We would definitely return!

I stayed at the Retiro da Dorothee beach house 1 month with my family (4 people and 2 dogs) The house is wonderful, the retreat area is super quiet and quiet, and 15 minutes from the city of Angra. We had people working in meetings at the same time and the Internet super fast and stable. The dogs loved the stay, super wide backyard, the beach is quiet. Dorothee was very kind, and went further than expected. The village put a net around the yard so that we can be calm about the dogs not leaving. Mr Nilson is super nice and always ready to help. He lives on the property that is the only downside of the house for privacy reasons. But it is very discreet and not intrusive. I recommend it! 5 stars. I'll want to return.

Casa is exactly like in the pictures, close to the beach and the beach is wonderful, only there are no street vendors and no kiosks, so whoever goes to the beach needs to take whatever they are going to use. From the house we can hear the noise of the sea that is wonderful, the house is a little cool, there are fans, but they are well spent, it would be good to change for some more potent or to be perfect to put an air conditioning in the bedrooms, bring repellent there are plenty of mosquitoes at night. Host of the house is extremely helpful and responds quickly. Another point that is not very important but it is good to leave the tip, if you like blankets it is better to take your own, because the house only offers sheets to cover itself, but since there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, we end up not missing a blanket. I and my family had very pleasant days in this house, we will definitely return and we have already recommended it for everyone.

Our stay was excellent. Apartment with a great location, practically 3 blocks of the beach, very clean and organized, enough kitchen utensils for a stay with convenience, we had all the necessary information and we still got bonbons. We will definitely return!

This place is fantastic, the photos on the listing don’t do it justice. It was the perfect, peaceful retreat from carnaval in the city. We had a group of 12 people stay here, and it was perfect for us. The management was very helpful. They helped us book a private boat to Ilha Grande, and coordinate meal plans with Ivanildes, their cook. Ivanildes deserves an award for her cooking. She kept us well-fed with homemade dishes and desserts, and even prepared a meal for us to take on the boat. Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect, but I cannot say enough for the staff who took great care of us.. especially Ivanildes! Would definitely come back with a group this size. If you are considering this for your group, do it. You will not regret it!

The house is even more pleasant than it looks! The rooms have air-conditioning, which provided pleasant nights of sleep. What should also be highlighted is the attention given by co-host Penha and her children, who were always present when necessary, whether for questions or needs. This is my second time staying in the house and the truth is that both the house, the location and the people who work in the house are excellent. The food and cleaning service was perfect. Katiane who is the cook is extremely friendly and pleasant and all the food they make is very good. The house is enunq prime location and the private beach few houses have it. In general lines it is a beautiful house to always return.

The home of Carolina offers the best of both worlds: it is close to the beach, where it rolls quite agitated and is a delight to spend the day, while at the same time it offers a place surrounded by nature enough to be a refuge within another. In addition, the house is equipped with all the utensils we need, which made it very easy to just enjoy the space. Finally, air-conditioning in all the rooms is a differential, because the summer nights have been hot. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

We feel at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A reserved beach, with crystal clear water, place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtle.

The house is a great choice, well located and practical for those who want to enjoy days in the sand without needing to take a car. The swimming pool, sauna and quadra are super functional. Hire Beth as a cook was indescribable, wonderful food, flawless kitchen and all the comfort we needed not to leave the house.

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

Beautiful house, very picturesque. Comfortable mattresses, rooms with air conditioning and equipped kitchen. Ocean front. Access is a bit challenging if you have wheeled suitcases because it's accessed by the beach, but it's worth the effort because you wake up every day in a wonderful place. Very close to the house parties, this can be a little annoying for people very sensitive to noise, in our case particularly it was not a problem there is already a rear room with private bathroom and double door where almost nothing is heard. You can also turn on the air conditioning to isolate the sound. Laila the girl who takes care of the house is very friendly and attentive. Fabio took us on a boat ride that was excellent! Highly recommended! Beautiful experience, it is the ideal house to visit with friends and enjoy the nature and calm of the island.
