It has hot and cold air-conditioning, a fan, a 65” 4k Smart TV with Netflix, fast Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a cooktop, an electric oven, a microwave, a retractable and reclining sofa, sun loungers and a hammock.

We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse.
