Holiday rentals with a patio in Southampton Parish

Kim and Joe were excellent hosts! The property was clean, spotless, in great condition and well furnished. Elbow beach was beautiful, quiet and an easy 5 min walk. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and cozy linens. The patio was private and relaxing with well manicured landscaping. Kim was very responsive to our questions and provided valuable information about the area. The bus was easily accessible and the local rideshare (Hitch) was quick and easy. We found some excellent restaurants close by (taxi needed for some) and also enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and local coffee shop by foot (0.5 mile) although the roads are hilly and narrow and one must be careful. Hamilton center was a short 15 min bus ride and full of shops, restaurants, parks, harbor etc. that we really enjoyed! Cannot thanks our hosts enough for helping create a wonderful experience!! Their home and they themselves were wonderful!! Thank you!!

This airbnb is a steal due to the combination of accessibility to public transit, promixity to restaurants and grocery stores (all within a few minutes walking distance) plus the view. Because you're right next to the water, you have a built in fishing hole. It's located on a major bus route so you have no problems getting to all areas of the island. There's also laundry facilities, a small lounge area and access to snorkeling gear. Amanda and Barry were super friendly, attentive and made us feel right at home. Even though they lived nearby, the gave us our space and only came by if we needed assistance. The unit itself is clean, cozy and fully equipped. There's also a wonderful warm breeze when you open the doors and (huge) windows. This was my first time back home in a number of years and I can safely say that this is the perfect spot. Affordable, accessible and comfortable. What more can you ask for? Thank you Amanda and Barry from our family to yours ❤️

Wonderful place . I stayed for a month. It’s fully furnished with all necessities viz fully equipped kitchen appliances(new), plates, spoons, utensils etc. shops, petrol station, pharmacy, convenience stores all accessible n walking distance. Only hitch is it’s a steep narrow road n u need a car or bike to commute.. I had a comfortable stay. Would love to stay again. Thanks Alicia.

Such a lovely stay at Strattons! We were met with such kindness immediately. His recommendations were very helpful in planning our days! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was so nice to have a full kitchen to cook meals! Southern coast beaches were less than a 10min scooter drive away. Stay here if you are looking for a peaceful, more local experience.

Clarence's place was one of the best airbnb we've stayed at and we travel alot. Nicely decorated and well designed space. He was very polite, friendly, helpful, extremely responsive very attentive. My new fav airbnb in Bermuda. A true reflection of a very hospitable Bermudian....amazing host. He even offered to pick us up from the airport and back..that was an extremely nice unique gesture/touch. We felt at home- didnt want to return to Canada. I had a very comfortable stay. This was my first trip to Bermuda, and I had many questions, but the host, Mr. Love, responded promptly and helpfully each time, which I truly appreciated. Although I hardly saw Mr. Love or his spouse during my stay, communication through the Airbnb app was smooth and completely hassle-free. I think this place is ideal for anyone who values a good balance of privacy. I was also touched by the thoughtful welcome gift and note at the beginning of my stay—it was a lovely gesture that reflected Mr. Love’s attention to detail. The location is very convenient, with a bus stop and supermarket just a short walk away. The home I stayed in appears to be relatively new by Bermuda standards and was reasonably priced. If I return to Bermuda, I would happily stay at Mr. Love’s place again. I’d like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks once more for his kind hospitality.

Communication w John was fantastic. We loved where the house was located if you’re looking to explore both ends of the island. Not far from the airport as well. There aren’t too many places that are walkable but jumping on the bus or ordering a taxi is very easy. I was a little bummed the ladder into the water is no longer there which makes it a bit more difficult to get in and out to swim but it’s doable. We liked The layout of the house with 2 bedrooms and a bath on one end which was perfect for my wife, son and myself and the other bedroom is on the other side of the house upstairs with its own bath so my mother had her own separate space. John was an excellent host and very responsive. We would stay here again and will be back to Bermuda in the future. Oh and the sunsets are unreal! Thanks John!

This charming and inviting Bermudian home, Pembroke Villa, offered plenty of room and beds, a well-appointed kitchen and a lovely property. They even added a twin bed for our group of six to make our stay even more comfortable. Having arrived the day before Bermuda Day, gave us a chance to watch the Marathon which passed near the house in the morning. We happily joined the groups cheering on their most fit Bermudians! Afternoon brought the parade where we again saw so many people enjoying the day together. Access to Hamilton was good this time of year and the grocery store around the corner was very helpful. We were in town for a wedding. I share the space with my sisters’s family…. The place was more than adequate for eight of us. Swimming was perfect….lots of gear to use. Snorkeling was an unexpected surprise. Lots of coral and fish to see. Neighborhood was very friendly. We were always greeted with a friendly hello.

From start to finish my visit was perfect. A perfect getaway for singles and couples. Nothing better than waking up and having coffee sitting outside overlooking the sound. The fotos and unit are exactly as advertised. Susan is a great host... Would definitely come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Orlando’s Airbnb in Paget Parish, Bermuda. The space was clean, comfortable, and centrally located—perfect for our work trip. I traveled with a colleague, and there was plenty of room for both of us to relax and get things done. Having laundry access was a huge plus, and the thoughtful touches really made the difference. Orlando was a kind and accommodating host, and even his mother, who lives downstairs, added to the experience by kindly sharing some sugar with us—such a sweet gesture! Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Bermuda.

Beautiful house, good for a medium-sized group. Separate pool and pool house space were great to have, and secret little beach was fun as well. Great views. A little tricky to find / get picked up from without a car, but worth it if you want something out of town for a little more space.

Erica was a top tier host! Super host level. I stay at air bnbs often but this was honestly one of the, if not thee best one I’ve stayed at. The pics do the place no justice, because it is a beauty! It’s about a 30 min drive from the airport, but 15 min. drive to rent the electric buggies m (only island residents can rent gasoline vehicles). Then 15 min ride to the residence. It has a private entrance and shared pool area but she makes sure you feel right at home and doesn’t bother you. I felt like I was bothering her asking for help or recommendations but she was always willing and able to help. She gave amazing recommendations and went above and beyond to make the place feel like home. The views of the Gibbs Hill Lighthouse is the icing on the cake. Just respect her home, and space as if it’s yours and your stay will be top tier.

We felt right at home! Michelle surprised us with snacks and food after a late flight which was nice. Also she left out toys for our baby which was really nice and the baby loved it. All worked out perfect, very clean air bb and perfect lay out for a small family like ours. Very easy to find and check in . The best host yet, was very nice and accommodating. Balcony was very nice to relax and have dinner. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for 2 weeks with our kids and Shomari’s place was perfect!! Shomari was an AMAZING host!! Right when we booked he was helpful with finding a pack-and-play for our youngest to sleep in. And before we arrived he sent photos of toys for the kids to play with at the beach! He was easy to communicate with and was always willing to help with any needs we had after we checked in. Location also a 10 out of 10! Just a short walk to Shelly Bay, market, and bus stops! The North Shore Road’s bus routes provided easy access into Hamilton for easy transfers to the South Shore Road/beaches or out to St. George’s. There are also 2 bus routes that run on North Shore so wait times were never too long! The location also has amazing views just out the kitchen door for sunsets each night! His place was comfortable and spacious for our family! Recommend eating out in Flatt’s Village at least once and also just grabbing a pizza from Pizza House (right by the market)! Definitely will return!!

We just stayed at this lovely 3-bedroom Airbnb in Spanish Point and it was the perfect home base. The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. It’s huge and looks like the photos. The location is close to Admiralty House Park—just a short walk away. It’s a beautiful, less touristy spot that we highly recommend visiting. The neighborhood is fairly close to Hamilton. Our host was responsive and friendly, making check-in easy. It’s a great place to stay. Thank you Coral

I am local and wanted to spend my 40th birthday in a place that felt away from reality. This home bought peace, tranquility and serenity. It had the most beautiful view, it’s not far from any restaurant, grocery store or beach. The home smelled so fresh, it was spotless and very modern.
