⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean, Comfortable, and Thoughtfully Prepared! We had a great stay! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a few nights of good sleep and hot showers. It was clear that the host put thought into making guests feel welcome—there was a mini chocolate bar and a bottle of water waiting for each of us when we arrived, which was such a kind touch after a long day of travel. Check-in was smooth, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. While we didn’t spend much time there beyond resting, it was the perfect place to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot!

We had two family events to attend during our stay. Erica was so helpful in getting back to me about the original availability of the apartment! It was a perfect place to relax sleep! Everything was clean and wonderful snacks! It made a great oasis to return to each day! Thanks for all of your attention to details! We appreciated Erica’s quick response during our stay! this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. Dawn and Bob’s place is one of the top Airbnb’s we have stayed in! Top notch in every way. It was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. And on top of that Dawn and Bob were the most friendly hosts we have met! I would recommend this Airbnb without reservation and will be back whenever we are back in CT!

Anne Marie’s cottage was exactly as described right along w/the peaceful surroundings, lovely views of the water and close proximity to beach and town. She gave us recommendations for local gems, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. We will certainly try to get back again. Cheers to the host 🥂

Megan home is tastefully done. Relaxing colors, perfect layout. Large windows to see the water from every room. The most comfortable bed I have ever sleep in. Will be asking where I can get one. You can relax on the deck overlooking the sound or explore the town of Greenport 3 miles down the street. A farm to table restaurant is a beach walk away. We look forward to coming back. Wow, where do I even begin? This house in Hampton Bays was everything. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how huge and immaculate it was. Every room is thoughtfully decorated, and you can tell the hosts take great pride in keeping the place spotless. Each bed was beyond comfortable — fresh linens, fluffy pillows, and just so cozy. It felt like a luxury hotel, but better, because it had all the charm and space of a private home. Every single one of my friends commented on how beautiful and clean everything was. We honestly didn’t want to leave. The location was perfect too — peaceful, easy to get to, and close enough to everything you’d want in the Hamptons!!

if you are looking for private, quiet, tranquil, beautiful, relaxing stay. This is the place. Private beach with comfy chairs, umbrellas, amazing pool and views, felt like a nature preserve. Walk to town. Apartment was great. I'll be back

Stop whatever you’re doing in the area and take 10 minutes to walk across the street to enjoy the sunset. I guarantee it’s addictive. Spent a post-Labor Day weekend with some friends and had an amazing time. The condo is centrally located between downtown Southampton, Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor and all that those areas have to offer. Several beaches, both bay-side and ocean-side, are also close by, but we mostly ended up lounging by the pool. The condo itself is spacious which is only further amplified by the amount of natural light reflecting off the bright interiors that let you know you’re near the beach. There are plenty of towels—both bath and beach—and there is ample beach equipment that you can use. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking/dining at home, and there’s an outdoor patio equipped with a grill and dining furniture. Hostess could not have been nicer or more responsive, so I will definitely want to stay here again.

Perfect spot for a Montauk getaway. Walking distance to everything dockside has to offer, great pool and lounge chairs on the property, very simple check-in via code with the front desk. Nick was kind and communicative our whole stay. We’ll be coming back!

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.
