Monthly Rentals in Southampton

We reserved this house for a graduation weekend. It was perfect for our family plus a grandparent- first floor bedroom & bathroom were ideal. We took the comfortable upstairs and everyone was happy! Very clean. Exactly as described. The hosts were excellent and thoughtful communicators! We will be back for our next western mass trip!

This place isn't just an amazing whimsical shrine to Edward Gorey, it's also a roomy, comfortable and clean place to stay. I've stayed here three or four times now, and it's always my first choice when I'm coming to the valley for a few days.

This is a great place! Super easy check-in, the place was spotless and the beds were super comfy. Came here for my reunion at Smith and at first was disappointed that we couldn't find anywhere right in Northampton when I was booking for the reunion, but Easthampton isn't that far, (you do need a car if you want to go to Northampton but we had a friend give us rides back and forth) and it was nice to explore the little block of restaurants and shops on Cottage St., which I hadn't seen before when I only stayed in Northampton. We had a wonderful time and Martin was super kind and responsive-even gave us an extra hour grace time checkout! Totally recommend!
