Monthly Rentals in Southampton

This is very good value find, right on The Avenue in Southampton (a big arterial route, for those who don't know the area). Despite it being on such a busy road, it was surprisingly quiet, with convenient parking. The room was very clean and tidy, with lots of lovely natural light. The bathroom was fine. Hosts very helpful and proactiven their communication (including pre-arrival).

Had a really lovely stay. It is indeed a very charming guest house, felt like a calming oasis. It has everything you need, and especially appreciated both the storage/wardrobe and the garden was bigger than it looked in the pictures. Antoine was a great host, very friendly and accommodating.

I stayed for one month while studying. Overall I was very pleased. It was a comfortable, safe, well equipped and clean apartment. Thx
