Moderne, enkel, nordisk indretning med beliggenhed på rolig villavej i kort gåafstand til tog, busser, Næstved centrum, caféer, shopping og Næstveds nye Arena. Velegnet som base for f.eks. erhvervsfolk, kursister eller turister som gerne vil være i byen, se København med tog, men også tæt på strand, golf, skov og historie lige udenfor. Parkering på vej udenfor beboelsen.
