Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in South Zealand

We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids in the great house of Anne-Cathrine and Andreas. We felt very comfortable, we lacked nothing. The house is wonderfully equipped (with significantly more than you can expect) and both the indoor and outdoor area invites you to linger and relax. The house is in a small cottage settlement and is just a few meters from a beautiful little secluded beach. We loved the modern design of the house and the magnificent view from the huge windows. The trampoline in the garden was a highlight for the children. Anne-Cathrine and Andreas were available to us at all times, gave us helpful tips and took care of all concerns and wishes. For us, it was a wonderful week in a wonderful place with the best hosts :-)

We truly enjoyed our week at Lars’ place and would definitely recommend it to everyone, who want a peaceful time out riding their bike through the beautiful countryside side of Denmark, exploring local shops and restaurants. You’ll definitely feel right at home at the cozy cottage ☀️ We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Cozy Danish Village House We absolutely loved our stay in this sweet little house in Borre. The interior was lovingly and generously furnished—every kitchen utensil imaginable was provided, and the comfortable bed made for truly restful nights. The spacious, charming garden with its greenhouse and abundant seating was the perfect retreat; we felt completely at home and would gladly return.

We were a family of 4 with two children 2 and 3 years old in transit to Sweden. Lovely cottage where you can just do your thing and the kids could play nicely in the garden. Inside the cottage, we put some things away so that the little ones wouldn't accidentally break them. The bolderkar was also popular;) nice that pernille also just has things like dishwashing detergent and hand soap and oil for baking. Beds sleep wonderfully! Thank you and who knows see you!

Simple and comfortable stay. Everything was as advised, and the writings with Nikolaj were both concrete and quick to respond. Quiet area, close to the inn and Brugs, and nice low moisture indoors.

Unique place to stay in every way, lovely house, Anja is the perfect host, and the view is absolutely stunning from almost all parts of the house. The bathing water in Øresund is beautiful now.

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful beach house! The modern and stylish furnishings immediately impressed us - everything is designed with great attention to detail and looks very high-quality. The view of the sea is simply breathtaking, even from the sofa. The location is absolutely unique - right on the beach, wonderfully quiet and perfect for relaxing. A real highlight was the wood-fired hot tub on the terrace - a fantastic experience under the starry sky, especially in the evening. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

Dearest Yvonne Responded quickly even though we contacted with very short notice before we booked. She gave good instructions for when we arrived. We arrived very late and felt very welcome. We said goodbye briefly before we left.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Dan’s place! The home was incredibly spacious, sparkling clean, and beautifully maintained — it truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and every detail had clearly been thought through with care. The location was also perfect — close to shops, public transport, and other amenities, which made getting around really easy. It was a peaceful and quiet area, yet everything we needed was just around the corner. We were a large group, and the space was perfect for us — roomy, cozy, and very family-friendly. Communication with Dan was smooth and responsive from start to finish. He was a fantastic host and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Super nice host, everything was really good. The place is in the middle of the city and very close to water/harbour in a quiet street.

Very prime loction, right on Nyhavn and walkable to every key attractiobs. Jesper was kind to welcome us when we arrived and explained everything to us clearly with great info. The place was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend thus place.

A beautiful, cozy accommodation, very stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need. Copenhagen is very easy to reach and after a long day in the city you can enjoy the tranquility of the accommodation on the outskirts of the city - in good weather on the small veranda. Would love to come back!!

We booked Erik's apartment for three nights and felt completely comfortable. Erik is a great host, gave us tips for excursions in the area and was always quick to reach. The apartment was modern and clean and equipped with everything we needed. We highly recommend Erik and his apartment.

I was quite spontaneous for three nights in Lea's apartment and everything worked great. A very cozy and clean apartment with attention to detail. From the terrace, you can enjoy the tranquility and the view of the inland lake, and from the front, you can reach the beach in just a few steps. There are plenty of parking spaces and the parking pass gives you a small advantage. I will definitely come back again :)

Thoroughly delightful stay. Apartment was bright and airy, wonderful harbor view, well equipped kitchen and bath, comfortable bed, lots of supplies on-hand. Host was instantly responsive and available, good printed instructions and info on the premises. Close proximity to two supermarkets and to public transit. Wonderful pedestrian bridge to other side of inlet. Would stay here again.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. If you want to experience “hygge” during your stay in Copenhagen, this is the place! It is very clean and spacious- plenty of room for two, very cozy for one. The bed is very comfortable, and I loved the bathroom. There are extras of essentials in case you forgot anything. Everyone in passing was very friendly, totally possible to keep to yourself if you wish. The backyard is it’s own special place, I highly recommend unwinding here after a day in the city. Getting to the city is very easy- exit the front gate, go to your right, cross the side walk and you are at the bus stop for 5C headed towards the city. Lime bikes available about 3 blocks that same way as well. I recommend taking the bikes to or from Tivoli gardens/ Glyptotek area for a practically straight shot, easy going biking experience. Pita Kebab down the street was soo good, as were Netto’s premade options. Enjoy your stay in an authentic Danish home!

For exploring the east side of Danmark, this beautiful place with lovely view on Praestro’s fjord is a must go!
