Deluxe Shepherd's Hut and Chalet

A deluxe shepherd's hut and a chalet, each with one double bed, in the grounds of our house with lovely views of the garden. If you are two travellers but require both the hut and the chalet please book for 3 guests. If you are a party of 3 or 4 people, our third and fourth guests will stay in our chalet just a few steps away which accommodates up to two people in a double bed. It is an ideal rural getaway within walking distance of two excellent pubs and a small farm shop. Please come and stay!

The Green Hut is a cosy but luxurious getaway in the walker's paradise of in Batcombe, situated just behind our converted barn in a tree-lined paddock. This self-contained shepherd's hut is perfect for one or two people to immerse themselves in true rural relaxation, whilst being close to the beautiful market towns of Frome and Bruton. Whether sat outside soaking up the views in the sunshine, or snuggled up by the wood burner on a rainy day, The Green Hut is the ideal place to unwind.

Doris our shepherd's hut is nestled in our paddock and meadow on the Somerset levels and has lovely views over neighbouring fields. It is close but not too close to our other hut Daphne and our annexe room Huberts. We are keen to encourage flora and fauna and manage the paddock accordingly. We are situated on the outskirts of a small village and the edge of the Somerset levels. We are ideally situated for sightseeing around Somerset. Daphne our other hut is also in the paddock.

Haystore- Luxury Railway Carriage with Hot Tub

Enjoy the peaceful setting of this romantic spot in nature. Located in a private garden on our family farm on the Somerset levels. The carriage has been hand built and reclaimed from an old Devon railway carriage into a luxury self contained space - perfect for romantic breaks in nature. Rustic and quirky.There is a double bed and wood burning stove.Positioned in a secluded area, with your own private space, in our garden behind our listed house in the attractive ham stone village of Martock. A private rural setting but with all the facilities of the village within walking distance. We have a dog and some hens .There is a space to park your car off road near the hut.
