I had a wonderful stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Communication with the host was smooth and they were very helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future!

The condition of the house is very good. All rooms have airconds and funtioning well. Clean toilet and bathroom. I really recommend this apartment for you guys! - all items in the kitchen can be used (dapur masak, toaster, peti ais, microwave) Just u need to spare or bring ur own mineral water (Water heater is provided no worries). All in all my family enjoy the staycation and felt very comfortable with this house.

Overall we are satisfied with the stay, place is quite comfortable and there's karaoke machine for us to release some stress too. Food locations from the Airbnb is nearby & convenient 👍🏻

Amray is always responsive and helpful, anytime I ask, the solution always came in swiftly. The apartment is great, comfy, and clean. Easy instruction given to check in, very close to gleneagles hospital, and walkable to gurney plaza. Will come back in another visit to Penang. overall the rating is 5/5 👍👍

The host was very friendly and understanding. This is my second time booking this house because my family truly enjoyed staying here. I highly recommend this place for large families planning to have a gathering or spend quality time together. The house was very clean and clutter free, and being a person that dislikes insects and dirty surroundings in a home, this place was perfect! Zero bugs, clean and clutter-free interior. It is very obvious that our lovely host has poured her heart and soul into this place. Loved the design of the place! Amenities were provided as per the listing, and check-in was a breeze as well. Location is great, and very peaceful. Apple, our lovely host, was very warm and friendly, providing us with directions and recommendations based on our trip. She checked in on us a few times throughout to ensure we're doing alright and if we needed anything. I highly recommend this place if anyone is looking for a clutter-free, clean, and modern accomodation for a big group. 10/10 for accommodation 15/10 for the host

Good place to stay at Penang, right on the beach, with great bar & restaurant downstairs. Also other food options just across the street.

Stayed in Ashley place for one week. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Air condition works very well. Host response very quickly and was able to accommodate my request. Swimming pool on top of the building with gorgeous views. On ground floor coffee shop ZUS. Small supermarket “99” 3 minutes walk. Recommended.

The place was very clean. We had to check in very late at 1030 but was greeted by 2 lovely caretakers. They helped with the luggage and brought us to the unit. We even left behind a charger and had to trouble them to arrange a timing for collection. They went above and beyond what they had to do due to our carelessness. The unit is clean and had everything we need. Restaurants and attractions are very near and grab can be easily found to get to the attractions. Within walking distance are many food options as well. There is a back gate of the condo that leads directly to the beach behind. Very accessible. If you are driving, dont have to worry as their parking is a basement parking. No need to go round many levels up and down. Lift lobby is also very near parking lot given. Will definitely book here again if i come back to Penang.

We were disappointed that there was in fact NO pool, and in the advertisments that we looked at on the internet a pool was clearly shown,giving the impression that we would have access to such a facility. In all honesty though, it was a perception we formed from looking at the advertisment.... not one that Mr. Paco himself put forward. Other than that.... excellent. We will be back....

Whether you are visiting Penang for a few days or a few weeks, stop looking this is the place to stay! I stayed for a month and the apartment had everything I needed. All of my local friends commented on how great the location was, very central and walkable to the historic downtown, but removed enough for it to be quiet and have easy access to other areas of the island. The building the apartment is located in was great, very secure with a convenience store and Starbucks on the ground floor. There are many other home stays in the building so there are always tourists in and out but it was always very quiet in the apartment so noise wasn’t an issue. in The apartment was as pictured. I did a fair bit of writing/research in the apartment and found the living area to be comfortable and wifi fast enough for remote work. A/C + fan combo worked well so I was never hot. Didn’t notice any strong smells as other reviewers did. Highly recommend!

Very nice stay here. Dole is a very responsible hoster with very good communication. He helped us for turning the TV channel We’re very happy to have a new year here with my family, we can see China’s channel for new year. Very good location. Everything is convenient here. The Lebanon Restaurant is perfect we love it. Go to the beach so close. It’s a good place for vacation and relaxing. Recommend for sure. 👍
