Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in South San Gabriel

Mary’s place was great! There were many food spots right around the corner. It was very spacious and felt cozy. My favorite part was the giant mirror and dimmable lights! Parking and getting inside was easy.

Janet’s place was so cozy and made us feel at home. All check in details are super clearly written out and photographed - unfortunately I missed them at first because Airbnb’s user interface made it seem like I couldn’t scroll past the door code image. Being from San Francisco, we appreciated the AC units in both the living room and bedroom. Great location and parking onsite was convenient / not too far from the unit itself. My husband and I did have to coordinate a little bit if we both wanted to be in the bathroom at the same time as it was a bit of a narrow space, but it wasn’t a huge issue at all. Would definitely recommend!

An amazing home in a beautiful neighborhood. The listing is just like the photos. Tall ceilings, beautiful tile and spacious! It’s a private location separated from the rest of the property. I would highly recommend!

Manuel was a great host, he was responsive and helped us w any issues. The place was located to a grocery store and many great restaurants. It has nice amenities and was neat and tidy.

Natasha was the best host I have met! Respond to my message quickly and very understanding. The unit was small but sweet, had everything I needed. I liked the decoration. Only thing is that it was a bit difficult to walk my dog in the neighborhood as a lot of neighbours have dogs that will bark when we walked by. We encountered off leash dogs twice and had to run back.

Lovely place with a very homey feel to it. It's one of two airbnbs at the building, but they are fully separated. Everything was as described, and the hosts were super communicative. Its a great deal, given there is laundry and parking onsite, they allow pets, and its a fully livable unit in a comfortable suburban neighborhood.

I’ve stayed at Trinities two times now and each trip has been perfect. Really nice space with a safe spot to park. Trinity always shows great hospitality and is there if you need something. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to visit LA

Daniel is a incredible host! The house was clean, organized, and it felt like home. Daniel was always checking in, making sure I was having a good time during my stay and helping when needed. Also, Daniel was quick to respond and always willing to help. I had a great stay, the place is beautiful, great location, very peaceful and it felt like home!

Host is very attentive and helpful! The place is perfect for a small family or group of friends! Very nice, clean, and welcoming environment to stay in!

Great value stay, host didn't speak much English but was there to greet me when I arrived and show my room. Microwave in room was great addition for easy zap dinner and breakfast. Walmart right down street.

William's place was great for 2 of us. We each had our own rooms and shared 1 bathroom. We had plenty of pots/ pans to cook a few meals and the Ranch 99 was minutes away for grocery shopping. William responded quickly when the tub was not draining well and it was fixed immediately. The location is convenient to the cities around the San Gabriel Valley as it is just off I-10.

Hang’s place was just what I was looking for. The space is detached from the main house, clean and quiet. There was a wedding at a house on the street, taking up all the parking spaces. Hanh’s husband had saved me a spot. It doesn’t get more thoughtful than that!! I will most definitely be returning.

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Giselle and Ali are amazing hosts and we always enjoy our stay in their beautiful unit :) We’d definitely visit again soon!

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

William has a great host. His place was well furnished and had comfortable couches and beds. It was spacious enough for my family and I. I really liked the free parking spot that was included with the booking. It was in a quiet neighborhood and there was plenty of restaurants and shops that were about a 10 minute drive from the place. I recommend this booking!

We had a great stay! The apartment was lovely and comfortable. It was near to places and people that we wanted to see while there. Cynthia was a very helpful and friendly host!

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

Roger’s place was perfect for my weekend trip to Pasadena. Within walking distance of good restaurants and very clean. Roger was a responsive and helpful host.
