Holiday rentals with a patio in South Ribble District

I really loved and enjoyed every single second at this place that is home to peaceful, serene and breath taking views - the Jackson's Heights only a 10 mins walk away. Will visit this place again :). the only thing that lacked was smart TV (according to my mum). Rest all great! there is a farm shop 20mins walk away.

Sian's place was a perfect place for us to stay. Great location, clean and nicely decorated. Sian is a great communicator and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend.

We had a great week in this flat and would definitely return , Pubs & restaurants on your doorstep and a great balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. Also Nick our host is a nice guy .

We stayed here with a nearly 1 year old and it was great! We were able to borrow most things we needed although Laura kindly offered to help us if we couldn’t source anything baby related. Really well kitted out and all completely as described. Amazing location in a lovely quiet area yet close to the buzz of West Didsbury. Laura and Jonny were so accommodating. A lovely stay.

Absolutely beautiful place. Full of character and charm and felt so cosy we did not want to leave. We had everything we needed and Dawn is a fantastic host. We had a lovely 1 night stay at the Ebor Suite and wished it was for longer. Beautiful decor and everything you need for a short stay. Great detailed instruction for check in. Close to a co-op if you need a few supplies and plenty of restaurants and takeaways. We would certainly return and would recommend to others.

Had a brilliant stay, was met by Kevin to check in, he was very informative and couldn’t offer enough advice/guidance. Vikki was very responsive during communications and always very respectful and clear. The place itself is amazing, very spacious, clean and you get plenty of towels, cutlery etc. The hot tub is very well kept and smart. The hosts are there if you need anything but leave you to total privacy. The view from the back is outstanding and we had a brilliant time. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Beautiful cottage, loved the decor, bigger inside than outside, absolutely loved it. Great view at the back of the historic cemetery. Very welcoming, cosy vibe. We will definitely be returning. Hosts are great at communicating. Fabulous find !!!

Very comfortable stay at Naomi’s.

Travelling from Australia, this was a great safe spot to keep our motorcycles out of eyes view on the way to the Isle Of Man TT. House was beautiful, spotlessly clean. Appreciated the fresh milk, and bread for a quick breakfast in the morning. Was surprised that we could get an Uber and had a great meal at the Fleece Inn and only cost £6 each way. Would be a great place to stay for more nights

We had a wonderful few days at Winkley Hall Farm. Fantastic property in a wonderful, peaceful location with everything you need for a relaxing, long weekend break. Our communication with our hosts was great from the moment we booked, to arrival and throughout our stay. And the lovely welcome gift was an added surprise and greatly appreciated! We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this property, and will look to return at some point in the future.

We’ve had a fantastic week at Jim and Jen’s cottage which is in a great location for walking the dog, Jim was a great host and recommended some lovely walks with amazing views, The cottage was cosy and felt like home from home and the welcome pack was lovely too

we had options to book several other propoerties for our guest who was staying for the week but katys place looked every bit the ideal location and didnt disappoint. we were working in ormskirk so was an ideal 15 minute drive to our fitout. for eating out we visited the plough in lathom and hickorys in hutton, preston... both within a short drive of the location. We have more work to do in ormskirk so will book again.

Amazing kitchen we both loved cooking in our tapas meal in it. It was great to have a selection of herbs and spices already in the kitchen. Everything clean and tidy . Wonderful place to stay and hope to come back soon :). Hope you have good clutch control getting out the drive way aha. Thank you for having us

Amazing place to stay! Me and friends felt extremely safe. It was close to everything we needed. Extremely clean and the beds were very comfy! Nothing bad to say at all! Would 100% recommend to friends and family and we will definitely be staying again!

The flat was lovely, beautifully kitted out and with some interesting lighting features! There was lots of space inside. We appreciated being able to stay a bit longer before checking out so we could have a planned zoom meeting. Thank you for being accommodating.

I had a brief stay while in town for a wedding, but it was a pleasant one. The accommodation was spotless, conveniently located, and made getting around effortless. It’s just a short walk from the main street, the train station, and several great restaurants, which made everything incredibly accessible. Perfect for a short visit or weekend getaway.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cosy summer house — it truly felt like home. The space was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to both work comfortably and cook our own meals with ease. The little garden quickly became our favourite spot for lunch and dinner — peaceful, charming, and perfect for enjoying the sunshine. Miriam and Julio were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The property was also immaculately clean, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful and perfectly laid out annexe apartment. Super clean and decorated/fitted to a high standard. Loved the extras such as the coffee machine and pods, and a very kind welcome treat! Paul and Rosie are quick to respond and both have a friendly manner. The annexe is attached to the family home, but I did not hear a thing from anyone else once inside. It was very helpful to have a car space provided on the driveway. Thank you for great hosting.

The Vault was a perfect base for our 2 week stay visiting family and friends. On arrival there was music playing and the space was warm and cozy, delightful after a long journey. It really set the tone for our stay. The space is stylish, comfortable, peaceful and perfect for resting after a long day of activities. Rob is an excellent host, approachable and responsive. He also provided some unexpected touches that made us feel very welcome. The location is ideal and provided us with the option of leaving the car and using the tram or buses a few steps away. The neighbourhood is delightful to walk around with excellent shopping and dining choices. When the sun shone we took advantage of the garden courtyard to enjoy a home cooked meal amongst the ferns and art. We really enjoyed our stay at the Vault.

A wonderful stay in beautiful accommodation. The apartment is in a great central location to Lytham shops, restaurants and beach. The apartment is well equipped, modern and very clean. The host is very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to staying again.

Before arriving, communication was fantastic. Found the apartment fine, needed the instructions to find the parking which helped. Apartment was lovely! Better than I had anticipated. Bed was super comfortable, towels were lovely. Had Netflix which was great. walkable distance to town and the tower. Free parking another bonus. Host was lovely, very accomodating and friendly.
