Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and it really felt like a home away from home. We were able to relax and enjoy quality time together, which meant so much. Hidden oasis close to all the things the city has to offer. Mark also provides a few luxuries that were totally unexpected but a great surprise. The space was massive for a single person travelling for business and the area was quiet but close to everything. Will stay again when I need to be in Perth.

Up there with one of the best air bnbs we have stayed in! So clean and is a beautifully designed home. Perfect temperatures being able to set the house hot and cold. Child friendly. Breakfast for the next morning made life so much easier! Loved it, highly recommend!

The house was absolutely stunning – even better than the photos! It was beautifully presented and in a great location with easy access to the CBD. Tam was an awesome host with warm and friendly communication throughout our stay. We did experience a power issue, which was inconvenient, but Tam’s prompt responses and reassuring communication quickly put our minds at ease. Would definitely stay again!

had a wonderful family holiday spanning 3 générations with 6 adults and 3 children. the view was spectacular! kids enjoyed the pool and we had multiple great meals and BBQs in the well stocked kitchen. tracey was extremely responsive and was very friendly! we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again!

A Stunning Stay at Winston's Villa What an absolutely beautiful home! The location is ideal, tucked in a quiet street, yet just a short walk from both West Leederville and Subiaco. The interior is exceptional, seamlessly blending charming heritage features with modern comforts. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and all the amenities you could need are at your fingertips. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, spacious, well-equipped, and full of natural light. One of my favourite features was the dedicated workspace overlooking the garden, which made my work week not only manageable but genuinely enjoyable. And after a long day, sinking into the generously sized, ultra-comfy bed was the perfect way to unwind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay at Winston's Villa and can’t wait to return.

Nice place for a short stay in Perth , good location and clean , indoor car park is a bonus . I had a few issues with my travel plans and asked to change dates and Katie was very good with it . All the best 🙂

A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

Mayumi’s place was perfect for exploring Perth city, just an overhead bridge away from the city centre. Great that we also had a parking lot for the rental car. All the snacks came in really handy when we arrived on the evening of a public holiday (we didn’t know) and many shops/restaurants were closed. The exterior of the apartment wasn’t too appealing but all good and cozy once inside.

Our third stay here and as always, felt very at home. The Boathouse had all the amenities and Liz and Chris are always so kind and considerate in having us check in early and checkout late. A home away from home, mins away from Kings Park and just 3mins walk to Jacob's ladder that provides excellent panaromic view of the city. Kasia had also provided a selection of cereals, tea and coffee for breakfast. Apartment was very clean and all toiletries were provided. Kasia has also graciously offered us a late check out when I asked her about luggage storage around city. We will definitely choose to stay again if we go back to Perth for holiday.

Lovely compact, comfortable apartment with everything needed for a cosy stay. We liked that the apartment was so close to the city centre with easy access to public transport and Elizabeth Quay. It is a great place to come back to after a hard day's exploring!

A wonderful place to stay! Steve & Debbie are very accomodating and friendly hosts, with a lovely studio in Perth. A private and easy to access place with a perfect coffee shop and pizza place a short walk away. Plenty of places to shop for groceries as well—overall everything you could need for amenities. 100% would stay here again! :)

Handy to downtown, supermarket a short distance away. We'll equipped, comfortable beds, modern unit. Check in was easy with lovely treats on arrival. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

A wonderful place to stay. Very cute, nicely furnished, clean, comfortable and walkable to the train. We enjoyed our stay and plan on booking this unit again next year when we visit Perth. The host were amazing.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

We stayed at Jen’s place twice during our time in WA. The location is fantastic- very walkable and close to some delicious bars, restaurants & great food at the Fremantle markets. Jen’s apartment is lovely. The building itself is older but the apartment feels newly renovated, very clean & had everything we needed for a very great stay. Jen was an excellent host- great communicator & went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved our time there and would gladly stay again!

it's hard to find a place that is both stylish and accepts families , but I was so lucky to have found Shey's listing. our stay was luxurious and well stocked with supplies. she was also very responsive and caring. instructions were all clear and accurate. appliances easy to use. highly recommend her listing - it'll be the first listing I'll book on my next visit to Perth :)

This is hands down the BEST AIRBNB I have ever stayed in. The host provides so much more than any other host. it doesn't feel like an empty house, it's decorated and comes with heaps of complimentary freebies; bread, milk, cereal, lollies, lemons, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc. The cutlery was quality. The price is super affordable. I actually felt respected for once, it reminded me of what hospitality used to be like. I will definitely be staying here again!

Plenty of room for our family of four to stay comfortably. The space is clean and quiet with greenery outside to relax in. Location is also great being near Fremantle and other necessary amenities. Washing machine can run a bit too loud but that’s about it.
