Family-Friendly Home with Backyard Treehouse

Spend the day relaxing in the spacious backyard, playing in the tree house, or playing badminton. Gather around the piano in this safe, family-friendly traditional home, with three bedrooms (four beds/1 king, 2 queens, 1 full), and two bathrooms. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen; relax on the sofa; play a game of pool in the family room; or unwind outside, while BBQing with the family. There are three private bedrooms and an extra queen-size bed in the large Family Room. This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with an extra outdoor shower. The family room has a twin bed, a sectional couch, and an 85" plasma TV. There is a large backyard and a patio with plenty of seating, a grill, a tree house, and an outdoor shower with hot water. The beds in the house follow: one king (upstairs bedroom), one queen (downstairs bedroom), one full (upstairs bedroom), one twin (family room), one twin rollaway (upstairs office), and one queen air bed. The home comfortably sleeps 7-10, depending on how many beds are shared. As an added security measure, there are security cameras around the outside of the home (but certainly not inside). The Rose Bowl Parade floats pass by right in front of the house on the evening of New Year's Eve. Join the neighborhood as they line the street and watch the floats pass by as they queue up for the Rose Bowl Parade that starts at 8 AM on New Year's Day. Guests will have full access to the entire house and yards. I am available 24/7/365 by texting or calling. I am available in person for any urgent and/or emergency situations. This home is in the beautiful, safe, family-oriented city of South Pasadena, known for its many trees, gardens, excellent schools, artists, and musicians. The Rose Parade is every New Year's Day & it passes by in front of the home the night before. The home is in walking distance to the Metro Gold Line, which goes directly to China Town and Union Station. Otherwise, it's easy to drive around the town of South Pasadena or walk to lots of cool restaurants and shops. The grocery stores--Vons, Bristol Farms, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's--are all a 5-minute drive away. Arlington Garden is a 7-minute walk away and is a magical, community garden, especially enchanting for kids. Menchie's Frozen Yogurt shop on Mission is a fun place to take the kids! And Kids' Space, a children's interactive science museum, is at the Rose Bowl. The Norton Simon Museum is about a 15-minute walk away. The Rose Bowl headquarters is a 10-minute walk away. The Rose Bowl Parade passes right in front of the house on the night of every New Year's Eve as the floats head for Orange Grove Boulevard to line-up for the Rose Bowl Parade on New Year's morning. Join the neighborhood on New Year's Eve as everyone lines the street to get a first-hand glimpse of the floats as they pass by on their way to the Rose Bowl Parade queue on New Year's morning. There are lots of restaurants close-by on Mission Street and plenty of shopping and restaurants on Colorado Blvd/Old Town. This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with an extra outdoor shower. The Craftsman Highland Park Creative Stay.

Stay in my ADU, a historic house with a modern interior. It is a private one-bedroom space with a separate entrance. There is also a horizontal queen-sized Murphy bed in the back of the main room with a privacy curtain for extra guests. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and separate fast wifi. The neighborhood is tranquil at night, even though it's on the main street. I am the homeowner and live on the other side of the house. Please read my complete listing before booking.

Comfortable art house 2b1b near rose bowl

Artist Shanguo Jia insists on the idea that art changes life. In his opinion, each Airbnb should give guests a different experience. Shanguo modernized the historic house built in 1940.The beautiful tropical rain forest wall painting is integrated with the lush plants outside the room. He arranged his collection of ancient furniture and lamps in the room, telling different stories. He also put a set of very precious "Year books" in the house to let guests know about the past.
