Guests must check in at the Long Island Village between 9am-5pm to pay for their vehicle passes (two vehicles max) and wristbands. This is a $90 fee that will be paid directly to Long Island Village

Bedrooms have a television capable of streaming. This property comes with a boat lift and a private dock to fish from. You will have the entire top unit and deck to yourselves. The bottom unit is not for rent so you will be by yourself on the property.

Fully furnished; The solar screened in porch overlooking the Long Island Village channel allows you sit outside without the worry of mosquitos. Enjoy all the amenities LIV has to offer! Golf course, tennis courts, outdoor and indoor heated pool! LIV does have a one time resort fee of $90 dollars that covers parking passes and access to all amenities that is payed at the front office.

An $90 administrative fee has to be paid to HOA for the parking and the amenities wristbands. If Long Island Village Resort Center is closed, drive to the security gate. Key pad will give you instructions to contact security to register for the night ***Registration must be completed next morning***. You will be able to access all areas of the home. Great location!

An entire home in the Long Island Village resort community. Great views of the wetlands with sunset over the channel from the decks. Both SpaceX facilities can also be seen from all decks. Just a short drive to South Padre Island beaches, food and attractions. Has 3 beds and an air mattress, giving options for the whole group to enjoy. Spacious living room/kitchen open layout for entertaining. Equipped kitchen and grill along with great local restaurants provides many dining options.
