Townhouse holiday rentals in South Oxfordshire District

Extremely convenient, very clean and had everything we needed. There are 3 bedrooms, a double, a twin and a single which was perfect for us as two adults, two children. The garden is also gorgeous. Couldn’t be more convenient for the playground, the supermarket and the train station. Highly recommend, great value.

Perfect location for Reading town center but in a quite area away from the noise. Short walk to Reading station. Would wholly recommend and would stay there again. Only 3 of us stayed there but comfortably sleeps six

we had the most wonderful time staying at Sally's lovely home! we were at group of five ladies, all related on a girls trip! the house was spotless and the garden so peaceful and lovely. great location and just around the corner were lots of shops and restaurants! fairly easy to get to central London with the bus and tube, although we mostly ubered! Sally was always quick to answer any questions we had! i highly recommend her place!!

Just WOW! This is a beautiful place - the locale is perfect. Close to the tow path on the Thames for walks, close to the magnificent Kew Gardens, and close to the Kew Gardens train station. The house is lovely with lots of books, a fully-stocked kitchen with modern appliances, beautiful art work. But, the best of all is the host! Geert was so helpful and accommodating. He was a wealth of local and London information and his recommendations were spot on! He was the BEST at communicating and we are very grateful for his attentions and graciousness. We would come back tomorrow!!!

This was such a wonderful stay. The home is close to many attractions in Oxford and nice restaurants. Very walkable. The home is nice and cozy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Airbnb Paul was a very responsive and excellent host. The home in Henley was ideally located to enjoy the town by foot. We needed three comfortable bedrooms and a nice amount of space to gather and to be able to prepare our own breakfast and food when necessary. This properly fit the bill in every respect. Plus, it has a lovely garden with a nice view. I highly recommend both the property and Paul as host.

Lovely property in a great location. Lots of room and a very pretty garden. We had breakfast delivered which was a fabulous treat. We really appreciated the generous Welcome Basket and having lots of pods for the Nespresso machine. Only slight niggle was that the TV didn't work. The extremely helpful hotel staff came round to see if they could fix it but no luck. Despite that we wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Niamh is a great host, she’s extremely responsive to messages and made sure everything was clear upon arrival. Her place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a short weekend stay. Location is great for the centre of Hitchin too

La casa è la classica villetta a schiera inglese. Due piani: cucina attrezzata e salottino al piano di sotto e due camere, di cui una matrimoniale, e ampio bagno al piano di sopra. La posizione è ottima, specialmente se si deve prendere il treno ogni mattina (pochi minuti dalla stazione) ma anche se se vuole andare in centro (circa 10 minuti piedi). La zona è residenziale, molto tranquilla. Subito vicino scorre il fiume e c'è la possibilità di passeggiare o correre sull'argine. Una delle due camere affaccia sulla ferrovia ma non ho riscontrato rumore dovuto ai treni. Sul retro della casa è presente un piccolo giardino. Ho soggiornato qui per lavoro e nel complesso è stato un ottimo soggiorno.

I stayed in this house with my husband, parents-in-law, and two young children. We would definitely return. The house is spotless, beautiful, comfortable, sunny, located near the town center, and has a lovely walled backyard that was perfect for the children to run around. For other guests with toddlers: the number of steps was challenging for our 18-month-old, since the house is 3 stories tall. The street was also a little noisy on the weekends, as people returned from the bars/restaurants on Little Clarendon. Our last AirBnb farther north in Jericho was quieter. But these were very minor challenges -- overall we liked this AirBnb better thanks to the large size and proximity to the attractions of Oxford. The hostess was kind, hospitable, and even forgiving when our 3-year-old got a stomach bug and soiled the carpet! We were very grateful.

Great place to stay in Windsor. Great location in central location, walkable to many of the sites. A great property to base a young family for a few days. Jeremy was very responsive and helpful.

Rented it for a weekend with some old school friends. The property was exactly what we wanted, a lovely comfortable base from which to explore the city and reconnect - easy access to restaurants, bars and the river for summer eights, and a cosy welcoming environment to relax in. Would recommend.

We were visiting our daughter who lives a block away and gave birth to our first grandchild, so it was a particularly joyful visit. The flat was nicely decorated with real plants which we were happy to water. We discovered two great restaurants across the street ( Indian and Chinese) and a sweet deli cafe we also frequented a block away! Evan was communicative and helpful with a couple of hic ups such as quickly replacing a broken toaster. Will definitely stay again! Thank you Evan !

A group of us stayed for our friends wedding. The house was perfect for what we needed! The living areas were stunning, it was only a shame that we weren’t able to spend more them in them haha! Adam has responsive and was able to help us with anything we needed. Thank you!

Great location for visiting Clarkson’s Farm and Car Chase Heroes Abingdon - good facilities, clean and tidy on arrival with goodies left by a caring host Rachel - comfy beds in all three rooms and pretty outdoor space too!

The place is absolutely spotless! The cleanliness is 10 out of 10, the beds are comfortable, the sheets and towels are fragrant and it is equipped with everything you may need for a short or long stay. The location is excellent! Fenibo responded within a few minutes and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and happy with everything. Highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious, has lots of natural light and a nice size bathroom and tub. We were grateful for all the beds. The laundry set up was helpful. The location is great, easy walk to the Queens Rd Rec Ground for the kids. We also enjoyed walking to The Squirrel, The Tea Shop Around the Corner and Elevenses, as well as a few other shops. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Krishna was a very accommodating host and made our stay comfortable and easy.

We enjoyed our stay very much and would rent Rebecca’s place again in a heartbeat. It is a lovely little semidetached house in a great location, just at the end of the main pedestrian road that leads to the Castle. We had enough space for our family of 5 and our boys (ages 7-12) appreciated the board games and puzzles. The kitchen had everything we needed and was clean and without clutter. Rebecca was a great communicator, proactively asking us for parking needs, organizing the parking permit and quickly responding to messages. There’s no parking right in front of the house but we had no trouble finding plenty of available street parking right around the corner.

My only regret is that we didn’t spend more time at the house! Greyfriars’s Hideaway is definitely the nicest most well appointed Airbnb I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. Each room is very private and the house is quite soundproof, with heavy doors and space separating the rooms. The kitchen had everything and more that we’d want. The location is perfect for exploring Oxford, right in the middle of everything and very walkable. We enjoyed the pubs on either side of the home as well. Communication was flawless and we were very comfortable with our group of 12 in the two adjacent properties. Highly, highly recommend!

Claire was really helpful and answered all my questions ahead of booking. She arranged my parking permit for me and was responsive to any/all questions. The house and garden are beautiful. 14/10 would recommend
