Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in South Melbourne

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Wonderful place in South Melbourne. You can't beat the location -- you can walk or tram anywhere from here. The apartment has all the amenities you could ask for. Great views from the balcony too. This was my second long-stay at David and Valerie's place and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Melbourne. Hosts are so helpful, flexible, and really make you feel at home. 5 stars all around!

Jo's place was beautiful, exactly as described and felt right at home. Check in was also easy. Jo was super responsive and communication was easy. Would book again!

it is really grate place but small for tow people for long stay. I've stayed here for one and half months. the apartment matches with photo and it is suitable for one people for long stay or tow people for short stay. we had a lot of things due to our long stay and it was small for us. but the apartment was neat and it is located in good neighborhood. further the host is so friendly and very nice and helpful. totally I enjoyed staying here.

Ella’s place was perfect ! Amazing views, clean and tidy, comfortable bed and block out curtains. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Great location next to the conference centre and only a short distance away from the CBD. Highly recommend staying at Ella’s place!

We stayed here for a few nights and overall it was very good. Very clean apartment and well equipped, especially the kitchen, if you love to cook it had just about everything that you could ever need! The only downside to the apartment is that the main bathroom is being used as a storeroom and is unusable, so if you have guests they need to use the ensuite bathroom, not ideal but it wasn't a deal breaker. The views are amazing! And the gym area is also very good. James was a pleasure to deal with, as were the building staff. We would stay here again.

Perfect central spot for visiting Melbourne. STUNNING city views and all the things you need to be set up for your trip. Lovely accommodation and will definitely be back next time!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and tidy with everything you would need. Warm and cozy with great tv watching options and super comfortable beds. It was great to have a washer and dryer too! We’d definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Chambers South Yarra. Location was great with restaurants and supermarket close by. It was also just a short drive to the city. The home is perfect for families. Min and Ted are amazing hosts! They are very kind and responsive and they made sure we had a pleasant stay. Highly recommend The Chambers and we look forward to staying here again when in Melbourne!

It was a home away from home. We grew to love the place with the natural lighting, heated floors, piano/keyboard and the deli round the corner. Raymond was also excellent in responding to our queries.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mister Montague. The property itself is beautifully renovated, and has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. We were especially impressed by the kitchen, which has pretty much everything you could possibly need, making it very much a home away from home. Kim herself was a great host - responsive to questions and very thoughtful and generous about accommodating the needs of our young family. The location is very convenient for South Melbourne Market and just a short tram ride away from Melbourne’s main attractions. We would definitely love to stay here again!

What a beautiful place to stay for our girls weekend to Melbourne - easy walking distance to the South Melbourne Markets, & Southbank precincts. The house was beautifully clean - thank you to Charlotte for being a fabulous host.

Loved spending the weekend here. Beautiful home, very cozy, with everything you need, and such a quick walk to everything (although its almost better to stay inside by the fire). The hosts are super responsive, very helpful and flexible! Would definitely stay again if I’m in town.

One of the best, most well organised airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. I was immediately right at home. Port Melbourne itself was abit boring but it was perfect for what I needed.

I’m glad to have stayed at Aster’s place once again—this time at a different listing. The location was incredibly convenient, situated right opposite Southern Cross Station, which made getting to and from the airport a breeze. With trams just around the corner, exploring the city was easy and accessible. It was a smooth and pleasant stay overall, and I’ll happily choose Aster’s place again the next time I’m in Melbourne.

A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.
