The staff quarters located behind the villa which they access from the garage without disturbing the guests. You are privileged to have Mr Sukra, the local legend, as manager (and other staff) on site daily from 8am - 4pm to cook you breakfast and clean the villa. He is also available 24/7 for emergencies (via mobile). Sukra will also help with anything you need such as currency exchange at the lowest rate; transport requirements, etc. He is multilingual. Surf and snorkel on Seminyak Beach, just 750 meters away from this quiet, upmarket location. Seminyak Village Shopping Mall is less than half the distance, while the many bars, cafes, and restaurants of Eat Street are within easy reach as well. The villa has plenty of parking for a car and several motor bikes. A short stroll up the lane to the main road (Jl Braban) that runs behind 'Eats street' (Jalan Laksamana) is an easy option to hail a blue cab. A cheaper and easy option is to download the 'Grab taxi' app and order a taxi to the villa front door. Mr Sukra, the villa manager, will happily assist with organising any transportation requirements. We have a very reliable, bubbly and trustworthy nanny available upon request.

The bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, and the bathrooms both have a shower, toilet, and a washbasin. There is a nice open sitting area with a TV, and a view towards the airport and the ocean. There is also a bungalow with a comfortable mattress, and numerous benches and chairs throughout the open area of the villa. All these are built on a 500 sqm (5,381 sqf) lot, with all 3 bedrooms of 36 sqm (387.5 sqf) each and even more spacious living room, dinning room and kitchen, which all look into the swimming pool and great view of Bali city and airport on the horizon. A garden with a Gazebo complete the picture on the west wing. All the facilities are for yours to enjoy, the pool, the Kitchen, the Living Room the TV etc. In house meals upon request! Your privacy will not be disturbed and the villa is all yours to enjoy. Our great villa staff live nearby, and are available on demand. The villa is situated in Jimbaran Hill near lots of attractions, numerous beaches, and also three magnificent golf courses nearby. It’s just a short walk to the nearest supermarket and eateries. Samasta Mall is a quick drive away. We can arrange airport transfers. Our staff can also arrange car rental, or motorcycle rental to satisfy your needs. We would recommend you to use our staff to pick you up from the airport. It costs Rp 200000 for pick up and Rp150000 for drop off. Daily usage Rp50000 /hour minimum 6 hours. You can have Indonesian dinner/lunch prepared for you at the villa too. The price is base on how many people that need the meals.
