Holiday rentals with a fire pit in South Karelia

We have stayed a total of 8 times on the canal with a large group. It is easy to find, check-in at your own time is easy and effortless. The milieu is beautiful, the best place to follow the seasons. The floor plan of the house is good. The bedrooms are upstairs and the common areas are downstairs. A larger group can sit at the large dining table. The living room can also accommodate a larger group. Iida always responds quickly, making it easy to agree on things. We spent a weekend here with a group of 12 friends and had an absolutely amazing time in these stunning surroundings. The place is beautifully designed and offers a wide range of activities for all tastes. We especially enjoyed the sauna with its gorgeous scenic view — a perfect way to relax and unwind. We also did yoga on the terrace, made great use of the fully equipped kitchen for group cooking, and had a blast playing yard games outside. This place truly has everything you need for a memorable getaway, whether you’re looking to relax or stay active. Highly recommended!

Wonderful farm setting. It was nice to visit the beach sauna at the end of a long cycling trip. Mummola was nostalgic and in peace, I highly recommend.

We have had a wonderful short stay at the Mökki. Check in was super easy, everything was as it was described. Comfortable beds, amazing view, quiet & peaceful. A great sauna! We spent two weeks at Santeri's place and we felt like home in the first second. The house is located in a beautiful area, it's very quiet and peaceful, and there are nice hiking paths starting right next to the house. It was very clean and the house is perfectly equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Santeri is a great host, very supportive, and he has replied super fast. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Beautiful quiet retreat on a lush island. Everything you need to relax and enjoy your time is provided. There was even a midsummer traditional treat waiting for us. Satu is kind and responsive. She makes sure her guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, historic house with a lovely courtyard. The trip felt like a refreshing summer holiday, even though my spouse and I were in training for three days. Definitely the best bed of all airbnb beds ever! I have rehabilitated my back and am therefore demanding in terms of mattresses.

If you're out for modern pampering, this is not for you.But if you want ti be alone by the lake, without a shower and regular toilet, but wit a row boat, wood fired sauna and hot tub, compost toilets (but also electricity, full kitchen, cellular coverage and tv) and most if all the amazing beauty around (incl. mosquitoes) memorable, then definitely go fir it. we had a wonderful time.

We liked the accommodation very much and everything was as you would like: The handover was flexible, friendly and uncomplicated, the house was clean and equipped with everything you need. Jari was always friendly and very helpful. You can do a lot: the sauna has a fantastic location and a great view from a large window, you can swim very well and there is various equipment for water sports. We recommend this place and would love to come back!

Eeva was very welcoming and helpful upon our arrival. We felt at home right away and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. The sauna and direct access to the lake are highlights we appreciated a lot!

Beautiful environment, good swimming opportunity (not for children), good sauna, great cooking opportunities outside, perfect place with a dog and no disturbance from anything.

The cottage is like something out of a fairy tale, really beautiful, and the surroundings are admirable. We had a few accidents, but the host's (Jukka's) proactive, understanding, and progressive actions helped resolve things quickly. Warm recommendation!
