Sauna cabin Pöllölä

Atmospheric sauna cabin on the shore of Lake Saimaa. In the surroundings of the cottage, extensive forests offer wonderful opportunities for berry picking and mushroom picking. You can fish from the beach of the cottage or take a rowing boat to the lake. For cyclists, there are kilometres of dirt roads to ride. The cottage is located along the Ruokolahti canoeing route (102km). A short distance from Puusauna to swimming. No running water, drinking water to be brought with you. Washing water is drawn from the lake. A rowing boat is available.

Traditions and linen

Eco-friendly cabin living on a large property (4 ha) with no close neighbours. The building is clean, fresh and well decorated with materials. You'll get a made bed with linen sheets, a cold refrigerator, and your own south-facing sandy beach. A few kilometers away is Puumala Golf, Sulkava Castle Mountain, and more to see. You can row, sauna, and grill. The building has solar power where you can charge your phone and get light in the evening. Berries and mushrooms can be collected from your own forest.

Lilla Hammar

A cozy traditionel Finnish log cabin next to a peaceful little lake. The cabin is placed beautiful calming area in the middle of forests. The cottage has sleeping accommodations for four (a sleeping loft and a sofa bed). There is a charming small kitchen, a fireplace inside and campfire place on outside, composting dry toilet and a sauna (no normal bathroom). The hot tube is available with extra charge (50e). Villa Ruoholampi Charming 65 m² cottage located in Ruoholampi, Lappeenranta, close to the LUT campus. The cottage features a small private yard and beach. For an authentic Finnish sauna experience, enjoy the traditional lakeside wood-fired sauna with its gentle heat. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. The cabin accommodates up to 4 people. (In 2026, the lake water level is exceptionally low, as is the case elsewhere in Eastern Finland. So swimming may be difficult in shallow areas.)

Lähin ruokakauppa vain 5 min ajomatkan päässä Anttolan keskustassa. Jos etsit majoituspaikkaa luonnon rauhasta järven rannalta tai kiinnostuksen kohteitasi ovat retkeily/vaeltaminen suosittelen kodikasta mökkiämme majoittumisellesi. Tänne on hyvä tie perille asti. Kesä-elokuulle 2027 viikkoperusteinen vuokraus ma-su. ☀️

Kun kaipaat täydellistä irtautumista arjesta täällä se onnistuu ja arkiset asiat saa uuden merkityksen. Sähkötön mökki antaa mahdollisuuden olla läsnä tässä ja nyt. Erillinen kesäkeittiö kallion päällä huikein maisemin. Kaasuliesi ja grilli käytössä. Kantovesi. Aitassa sänky yhdelle. Saunatuvassa parvi ja levitettävä vuodesohva. Käytössäsi myös soutuvene ja sublauta. Palju lämpiää erillisestä maksusta. Rannassa nuotiopaikka. Tässä kohteessa on paljon portaita, ei sovellu lapsiperheille.

Villa Myllymäki

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

In a modern cottage on the shores of Lake Saimaa, you can spend your holiday in a great setting. The large windows of the cottage overlook Lake Saimaa. Rockhouse is hand-built from local wood. The cabin is a warm cabin equipped with amenities on a rock in the middle of nature and forest animals. The terrace overlooks about 4 km from the lake in the direction of the sunset. Separate landscape sauna and glazed atmospheric barbeque hut on the terrace.
