Beautiful, spacious, spotless, Studio apt. w/ updated kitchen & bathroom (tub & shower) & bamboo floors. The queen size bed is partially separated from the living room by a breakfast counter. Living room has 2 daybeds. Entire space sleeps 4. Excellent WiFi & Cable TV. I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook. Pls. note that price will automatically reflect a fee of $30 per night for each additional guest after the first 2 guests. No toddlers.

This non-smoking apartment is well-stocked with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and restful stay. Fully furnished with eat-in kitchen, shower, and a beautiful, sunny bedroom. This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.
