Welcome to our private one-bedroom apt/basement. MetLife Stadium 15 mins driving. New York, Times Square (bus stop is 7 minutes away walking distance.) Newark Airport-25 mins driving. American Dream Mall -15 mins. Soho Spa Club-6 mins. Our charming apartment is part of a two family house where we live in. There are great restaurants, markets, bakeries, cafes, etc. Our neighborhood is friendly, safe and secure.

This spacious and serene space has an attached garage. Street parking is allowed until October 15, 2025. You may also park in the attached garage as best you can. Up to you. Set the heat or AC, watch TV, nuke a meal, do some laundry, and there's a small office to gather your thoughts. There's high speed WI-FI and your own private entrance through your garage to come and go as you please.
