Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

There were six of us. Three adults and three teen/tween. This accommodated us very well and comfortably. The home is cozy and nice. The backyard nice and relaxing. Wish we could’ve had time to enjoy it more. Kitchen was large. Great location and was perfect for us. The pool and jacuzzi are not heated. So be cognizant of that for the time of year. Wasn’t as big a deal to us as we really only slept there and didn’t utilize it like I thought we would.

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

This house was adorable! Perfect for a quick stay the night before getting on our cruise. Loved waking up and enjoying coffee in the back courtyard in the sunshine! Would definitely book this spot again.

Fantastic stay at the Marvel house!! It was amazing with such great theming, lots to do, great scavenger hunt, and a super host! You must stay here and the grand kids loved the arcade games, heated pool, and movie room,etc…too much to mention….

House is located in such a quiet part of town and only a short commute to the beach/harbor/anything fun we wanted to do. The spa and pool were a perfect plus to our stay. I will definitely be coming back

First off I want to say the pictures don’t do the back yard any justice. It’s so beautiful and the perfect get away trip without having to break the bank. Definitely worth every penny We loved it and we will be returning again! P.s. Just make sure you bring some bug spray there is a bunch of mosquitos in the back yard, we didn’t have any so don’t be us lol. 🙌

Loved our stay! Just wish there was more street parking, the 1 spot was great though! Very clean, board games, all cooking utensils + extra. 5/5

We had a great stay at Fortino’s, there was enough space for everyone & made our stay comfortable. If we had a questions or concerns Fortino got back to us right away. Our stay felt safe and secure, especially with the access controlled on the property. It was a quiet neighborhood & was close to the attractions we were there for. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Good place to stay !

Really cute home, all renovated. Comfortable. The AC we used it a little but realized with the ceiling fans and windows we didnt need. Lots of restaurants and coffee areas quick driving. There's a park behind the house. Be ready for looking for parking but its California which its expected. The host is nice and very responsive, A+ Thank you! Highly recommended

She had such an amazing home, she had so many extra things and made the home so worth it, there was extra towels, blankets, toothbrushes, toothpaste and all just so helpful and well thought out and the home was beautiful and felt like home we had an amazing stay!

Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful place . It was very clean , warm and well equipped. The place is very quiet and centric . The only thing was not be able to have access to a washer and dryer. After all an excellent experience.

Great location & gorgeous view! There was another couple staying so the hot tub area was shared, which is fine, but I did want to point that out. Still definitely highly recommend this place!

Great stay and warm folks that own/run the place. It was fun to relax and play pool! I got to cook and watch some great movies in peace.

We had a fantastic stay! The neighborhood is vibrant and full of charm. Tons of amazing, affordable food options just minutes away, and it’s surprisingly close to downtown LA. One of the best parts? It’s also near the metro, which is a rare and super convenient perk in this city. Daniel and Rachel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to explore LA with ease!

Aldwins’s airbnb in east los angeles is a perfect little stay! the parking is easy, definitely have to reverse in from the street as Aldwin has said, The bed is extremely comfortable and the couch is as well, We did not use the TV during our stay but there is one in the living room. The kitchen is extremely clean. There is a fan in the closet for use and a portable heater as well which you can put in fan mode as well to use both, During our stay it was 90 degrees the first 2 days and the airbnb did get rather hot at night, opening the windows did help but there is no A/C available. The other days it was nice and breezy at night. Overall I did enjoy this airbnb a lot and recommend it to everyone especially for the price !

A great stay at a place that was exactly as advertised. The location allowed me to get into LA easily without paying LA prices. It also avoided the traffic going into LA. Space was as shown in the pictures and the instructions provided by Rex made perfect sense and made it easy to come and go. Parking was right outside the unit.

The house lived up to the expectations, LOVE that the kitchen had shutter windows where we could see the backyard & cook at the same time. We went on a late night walk & the neighborhood seemed really peaceful. 28 min to Disney in the morning, definitely would stay here again when we return to L.A. thanks again Chunjiang!

A very beautiful place small and cozy. Everything was clean and comfortable, love how the place look definitely i recommend this place.

Lizzy was a great host! She was very responsive before and during our stay. She was very helpful in trying to match our check in time to the time we arrived and made us feel very welcome.

Travis & Trisha were very accommodating and their place was absolutely beautiful! The pool was perfect for our getaway and the beds were extremely comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

The place was really nice! The decorations were great and gave it a welcoming vibe. I’m not from California, so it felt a little overwhelming at first with so many cars in front of the house and people hanging out outside, it made me feel unsure about the area. But once I got inside, I felt safe and comfortable. The house itself is beautiful, just could use a bit more attention to cleaning. Overall, a good experience!
