Holiday rentals with a fire pit in South Bristol

Amazing place, host was super kind and accommodated my family’s last minute booking since we were cancelled on twice that week! We are super happy we found this adorable beautiful place that ended up being better than the other places would have been anyway!

Enjoyed our stay very much! Lovely location on the water. Some white traffic noise but worth it watching the boats and wildlife! Comfy bed. We slept very well. Well-stocked kitchen. The location is perfect for lots of little day trips. Our only disappointment was the size of the smallest room. It’s very tiny. Great for a child but pretty tight for our adult son. Host was attentive. We will be back!

Perfect weekend retreat for a small family with a young one. Close to downtown, museum, and the firepit was so nice at night. 5 stars all around and will return in the future. Thanks Phillip!

Clean, cozy, comfortable and induces lazy R&R? Double Check!! Nearby places to explore, learn history, eat & drink hearty, hike, shop for treasures? Also double check!! My husband and I frequent the Pemaquid Peninsula during all seasons. Sometimes we camp, sometimes we find hidden gems to stay for a weekend...Ken's Cottage is a keeper...Triple Check!!! Our stay at The Rowe House was absolutely wonderful! The space was immaculate, and had every amenity we needed. The host was welcoming and made us feel at home. The location was perfect - close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. We especially loved the kitchen that led to the side porch. The yard was well taken care of and had plenty of seating to hang out. Also the beds were very comfortable. It was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had, and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Boothbay Harbor. Beautiful location!

Denis has a really nice place and is very peaceful and quiet. Very well stocked with everything you would need. Only a short drive away to the town of Belfast, which had a beautiful waterfront trail to walk. There are very many local restaurants in town serving delicious seafood. Denis was very responsive to any questions you might have. Loved our stay!

We had a great stay. The location is quiet but just a few minutes away from amazing restaurants, cafes, and breweries. Highlights: The bed was super comfortable. The sauna was great on a rainy day. The walkability to the Back Bay trail was appreciated.

The location was quiet but within driving distance of all the things I wanted to do, and it matched all my expectations based on the listing. Jean’s place was amazing, and she was the perfect host! The apartment was perfect for us! The king size bed was so comfortable, and everything was just as described. The location on the lake was so peaceful and relaxing. Jean and Bob very generous and let us use their whole property including wonderful swings to rest on and lake kayaks and a paddle boat! We were scouting out places to buy near Winthrop, and Jean had some great advice and was super helpful! We will be back!

We stayed for just one night and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. It was our first time traveling with our dog, and the space was welcoming and pet-friendly, which made the experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Great communication from the host as well. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful cabin in Sherwood Forest Campsite. Check in and check out were really easy and the cabin itself was very clean. Kitchen is bare bones but had pretty much everything we needed. Even had some firewood for us!

A beautiful rustic cabin in an amazing spot. Lori is a great host and is always near in her farmhouse to communicate and get you what you need. Appleton is not far from Camden / Rockland but has that rustic getaway feel. The option of adding a wonderful soak in the hot tub, wood fired sauna, massage and breakfast are available as well. I’ll be back next year! Thank you for everything, Lori!

I just wanted to say that we had an amazing stay. It was beyond what we expected it to be. It was quiet. It was peaceful. It was clean. We had no complaints. Everything worked as it should have. It’s definitely a place. We will travel to again.

Private and peaceful Beautiful area and lots of great food to choose from . We had a rainy weekend, but we still had a great time! One of the few places we could find with a king size bed when you have one at home it’s a must when you travel !!!

This was our second time staying here. We love the beautiful and peaceful setting. Lots to do in the surrounding areas but also we love relaxing at the house by just sitting on the dock with a good book or kayaking/fishing in Hobbs Pond.

Beautiful secluded location for my partner and I! Jen was very clear with instructions and made checking in and out very hassle-free! We had such a lovely week and having this space really enhanced our little vacation. Although the location itself may not have a lot to do, it is perfectly nestled between Belfast and Camden, two cute towns on the water. Acadia National Park was about 1.45 hours away but the drive is well worth it, especially being able to come home to a hot tub. 10/10 recommend this property, and thank you Jen for sharing your space with us!!
