What a great place with a great view!

We spent 3 days here for a girls trip. Great location, the place offered an amazing view of the beach, ocean, swimming pools and the canal. We took so many photos on the balcony. We could enjoy all the restaurants and amenities of the FountainBleau hotel, the food and drinks were amazing, a little on the pricey side, but in line with what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The entire resort is very lively and vibrant, there’s always music at the adult pool. There was a slight problem with cleaning the fridge right when we arrived, but housekeeping was very responsive. They immediately came and cleaned it. Overall, a great experience, I would totally recommend this place for your vacation.

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

Overall, it was really a great experience. I'll break it down in 3 parts, hoping to give an accurate description: The apartment and building: it was exactly as advertised, a beautiful Art Deco building, built in the 40's. Restaurant in the front plus an ice cream parlor. Needs an easier-to-find ramp (lots of stairs at the entrance, ramp is at the back), but otherwise good. Apartment is exactly as advertised. Only hiccup was a broken toilet seat that Debbie got fixed within a day. The location: Miami Beach is not for everyone. If you're looking for an upscale location, try Brickel. Now, if you're like me and want to just want to the beach, roam around restaurants and great bars, that's it. Miami Beach is THE place for night activity, and all that it comes wiht that. The hostess (Debbie): Debbie was responsive. She would take her time to respond but she did always respond and fixed the toilet seat issue as fast as possible. The app says her response time avgs 11 hs, and not wrongly.

Beautiful room overlooking the ocean and pools of Fountain Bleau. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay again! 12-15 min from South Beach by uber and plenty of restaurants nearby!

Beautiful, safe, clean with a super convenient location. The building has upgraded security since becoming Lyfe. The elevators were all working and very clean! This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this building. It's truly perfect on many levels! We will definitely be back!! We have no complaints at sll to report.

There's soo much that could be said about how great this place was. But honestly words don't do it proper justice. Stay here and youll completely understand! Absolutely astounding views and a beautiful place all around. No complaints at all. Live the good life, and stay here!!

Beautiful new building, great location and free beach chairs imcluded! I am a licensed realtor and used to live in this neighborhood., trust me when I say you will not be disappointed. The pool, gym and amenities were all in pristine condition. If you like yoga, there is a studio walking distance. Publix for groceries the Bandshell for concerts and great restaurants are all within walking distance. Building has easy parking or save money and park on the street for up to 6 hours at a time. My 8 year old daughter loved the pool and made a friend she played with for hours. We needed a couple of things and this host was very responsive. The apartment was very clean with brand new beautiful luxury appliances (Smeg & Bosch). I loved my stay and would higjly recommend this location! Enjoy!

Luxury Suite in the famous Fontainebleau Resort. Definitely worth a visit. Very transparent communication with Reuwen on the cost, he is also very helpful. The apartment has a great seaside view, a small kitchen and can host 2-4 people. Check-in is easy, as it is operated by the hotel. The resort has a broad and impressive offering. Great location!

Sara was extremely efficient with her communications, quick to respond and extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the complex very good , amazing views from pool area and gym . If I had to make any points for future guests it’s just be aware there’s a resort fee of $52 /day which travelling from UK was a new thing to us , and being on the quieter side with Downtown views meant we needed to use Ubers to get to and from South Beach or walk 25 mins . It served our purpose nicely and having the kitchen area with fridge and hob worked perfectly . We enjoyed our stay

Highly recommend Stephanie & George's airbnb! The location is phenomenal it's right on Ocean drive, across the street from the beach and in the middle of all the best restaurants, nightlife, shopping & things to do. We chose their space over a hotel for our 1 week stay as it was a bit more affordable, even more central, and had the added bonus of a kitchen so we could eat healthier for our time there. As hosts they are incredible! We had an issue with the stove while we were there and they were immediately responsive, and proactively chose to drop us off a one pot burner so that our personal cooking needs were still met without missing a beat. The apartment is just like the photos, AC cooled, comfortable and amazingly quiet indoors even though it's in the heart of the South Beach strip. Highly recommend for location, quality, comfort, walkability, savings and just a fantastic vacation/trip overall. Would stay again:)

The apartment is well located, close to the bars and the beach, very complete, it had umbrellas and deckchairs for the beach. Yes, on some nights you could hear the noise from the apartments next door. Beyond that, highly recommended. Regards

We have just got back from a short stay here and it was absolutely wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a fantastic area, very close to the beach and some good restaurants. It was also a short walk to Ocean Drive, the free trolley bus was just around the corner, along with a Citibike stand literally metres away. The apartment looks lovely inside, very stylish, and there is a locked closet to store your valuables whilst out. We used the pool during our stay, which was a real bonus. The block itself and local area were both quiet and we felt very safe. This was a fabulous place to stay in Miami Beach and we would highly recommend it to anyone. We will be back and have already suggested it to some friends.

We would definitely stay here again. The beach is right across the street and everything is walking distance. It’s in the perfect spot, and at night you are not able to hear all the noise outside either which was very nice. In conclusion, it was a wonderful experience!

Absolutely loved staying at the Carlyle and at Roy’s place, in particular. Spacious, surprisingly quiet at night - felt right at home. If I had to nitpick at all - the folding couch is not comfortable to sleep on but the bed is amazing.

Great location. Close to trolly and public transport bus stop. Just pick your beach towels and Chair and head to to the south beach. Art Decor street with variety of restaurants, each with entertainments. I would love to come again.
