Holiday rentals with beach access in South Beach, Miami Beach

We spent 3 days here for a girls trip. Great location, the place offered an amazing view of the beach, ocean, swimming pools and the canal. We took so many photos on the balcony. We could enjoy all the restaurants and amenities of the FountainBleau hotel, the food and drinks were amazing, a little on the pricey side, but in line with what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The entire resort is very lively and vibrant, there’s always music at the adult pool. There was a slight problem with cleaning the fridge right when we arrived, but housekeeping was very responsive. They immediately came and cleaned it. Overall, a great experience, I would totally recommend this place for your vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. I stayed with my 2 babies and Donna provided all the necessary things - a pack and play, a baby bathtub and a highchair. Location was ideal. Close to good food and the beach yet still secluded and not the south beach night life. Overall we had a perfect experience! 10/10

Fiona never disappoints. She really goes out of her way to make sure I’m comfortable and can relax during my trip. Her place is always a great stay. If it’s available, I definitely recommend booking it.

I had an amazing stay at this location. Marcos was incredibly responsive, respectful, and attentive to all my needs, making my stay effortless and enjoyable. He even accommodated my early check-in time, which I really appreciated. The apartment itself was lovely, close to the beach and some great restaurants. I absolutely loved Española Way—it was such a charming spot, and I’m so glad I didn’t stay on Ocean Drive! Overall, this stay was a 100/10 for me, and I will definitely book with Marcos again for this same apartment. Thanks for everything, Marcos!

Absolutely loved our stay. Location was a block away from the beach. Really loved that there were beach chairs for us to use and being able to adjust the AC. Bed was extremely comfortable! Many breakfast spots close by. Will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Miami.

We stayed at Monica’s place while we were attending medical appointments for our young son in Miami and it was such a wonderful peaceful home-away-from-home to come back to after a long day. It was very clean, super-comfortable and everything had been thought of. I like to cook for my family and the kitchen was really well equipped with everything you could need - something I find quite rare in Airbnbs. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were hot and strong and there were plenty of little sitting nooks inside and out which I always really appreciate. The coffee bar was a great touch. The pool area was lovely and the trees and plants really gave an inside/outside feel which I loved. The neighbourhood seemed quiet and very safe - we enjoyed early morning walks to Holiday Park which is just a few blocks, very accessible and close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend and will definitely return. Thank you Monica!

Marc’s home was a wonderful place for us to spend our two weeks in Miami. The house is well equipped and the grill works well. The pool and backyard was well taken care of and exactly what we were looking for. A short drive to many of the main neighborhoods (Wynwood, brickell & Miami Beach) we wanted to visit and walkable to little Havana. House was secure and we felt safe throughout. Overall great stay!

I had a great experience in the house. I love the house. I felt like home. It was very cozy and it has everything i need for our perfect stay. Location is unbeatable, close to everything. Ac works great which is a big thing in Florida during Summer. The host was always available when I reached him. 100% recommended

This was a beautiful home! My friends and I enjoyed staying here a lot and loved how spacious the home was. Everything was clean and ready for us and we have no complaints.

Randy’s place was just as described! Randy was helpful from the start of the trip and accommodated all of our needs for a single nights stay prior to cruising. Randy was also prompt in communicating a minor situation upon departure.

Great place to stay for a beach vacation! Surprisingly quiet at night, but we did use a bit of white noise during the weekend because my bf is a very light sleeper. Beach chairs and umbrella were a huge perk. Would come back again!

Overall, it was really a great experience. I'll break it down in 3 parts, hoping to give an accurate description: The apartment and building: it was exactly as advertised, a beautiful Art Deco building, built in the 40's. Restaurant in the front plus an ice cream parlor. Needs an easier-to-find ramp (lots of stairs at the entrance, ramp is at the back), but otherwise good. Apartment is exactly as advertised. Only hiccup was a broken toilet seat that Debbie got fixed within a day. The location: Miami Beach is not for everyone. If you're looking for an upscale location, try Brickel. Now, if you're like me and want to just want to the beach, roam around restaurants and great bars, that's it. Miami Beach is THE place for night activity, and all that it comes wiht that. The hostess (Debbie): Debbie was responsive. She would take her time to respond but she did always respond and fixed the toilet seat issue as fast as possible. The app says her response time avgs 11 hs, and not wrongly.

Perfect for our needs. Best of all —2 ample size bathrooms with plenty of towels. Kitchen was very well stocked and great extras for the beach! We would absolutely book Sofia’s place again!

Nicholas you have been the best host I’ve ever came across! You were very responsive even before the trip! You made me feel welcome and the process was very smooth! Your hospitality and your dedication is wonderful! I’m already booking another trip to Miami and this will be my first stop once again!! The rental property was great location for everything it was very much giving home away from home but better!!

Awesome hospitality and super responsive hosts! Manuel answered all of our questions and made our long weekend in Miami Beach super enjoyable. The place is super close to the beach and has all the things you need for a friends or family get together. Definitely recommend.
