Charming, small apartment directly across from a great park and only blocks from the beach. My son and I enjoyed our time here and Sean was incredibly responsive

What a treat it was to stay at Barbara's place! The location was so central to everything in Santa Monica and street parking was easy. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, and so cozy. Barbara also provided us with a lot of snacks/fruit and was extremely responsive whenever I had a question. MauMau (the cat - our other host ;) ) is a super social and friendly cat - probably one of the most chillest/cutest cats I've hung out with so that was a special bonus! Finally, I was not feeling very well the day of check out and Barbara so graciously let me rest in the room even though it was a couple of hours after check out. I would definitely recommend her place to others!

We had a great stay at this property! It's fully remodeled, very clean and comfortable. Everything was provided, including nice bath towels (mini shampoo/conditioner/lotion, too), soft comfortable linen, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The property is steps away from Marine Avenue, the main street on Balboa Island, with great shops and restaurants. That being said, you are in a more vibrant and happening part of the island, which comes with a little more noise and traffic. We enjoyed being close to everything, walking around, etc. The host is responsive and super easy to work with.

Great place to stay for my husband and I during our trip to Santa Monica! It was exactly as advertised and very clean. Good location that was walking distance to the pier and the promenade. Included parking spot was a bonus.

From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome—Bradley and Robert are warm and wonderful hosts! The home is extremely comfortable and located in an unbeatable spot. Just steps away from the best restaurants in Manhattan Beach and the beautiful pier, yet tucked away on a quiet side street, it offers the best of both worlds. Robert went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, even giving us a personal tour of the area and sharing great recommendations. Don’t bother looking any further—you won’t find a better place in Manhattan Beach!

I loved staying at Maria's place. It was close to most areas I had to go to, 10 minutes away from the airport and was a little haven in the middle of Long Beach. The owners were very nice and helpful. It had all the amenities I needed, with a tastefully decorated apartment. I definitely would stay there again!

The place was great, really quiet and serene. The place surrounding is a little hilly, but you will have a great time relaxing.

What a beautiful place. It was amazing to get the ocean views and everything was so close by. It was easy to get around. Full kitchen was amazing for those days we just kinda wanted to hang around. Highly recommend this place. Would love to come back in the future

One of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at. The location is AMAZING! Steps away from the beach. David is a wonderful host and was available to answer any questions we had. He also was able to accommodate our early check in. We had no trouble parking and the street cleaners didn’t come until 10:30am on Thurs/Fri so we had plenty of time to move our car, if needed. We traveled with our toddler and it was the best he has ever slept on vacation. The neighborhood is super cute and quiet. My sister traveled with us and slept on the sleeper sofa. She said it was comfortable. There are coffee shops and restaurants 5 minutes away (driving). 10/10 would recommend staying here!

My second stay, great great location, clean and cozy, easy check in and out, parking spot near the elevator to secured building (rare to have parking in dtlb included). Felt safe, would definitely stay again.

Second time I've stayed at this unit. The close proximity to the UCLA campus with private (underground) parking is fantastic. The unit is clean, quiet and well furnished and equipped. Always like to stay here when I'm visiting my son at UCLA.

Maxime was a wonderful host, incredibly responsive and attentive, often checking in to see how I was doing or if I needed anything. The space was exactly as described, with an absolutely incredible view of downtown Los Angeles. It was clean, quiet, and very cozy. Perfect for a guest or two. I would definitely stay here again. At night the view was just perfect. Access to the building gym was a highlight, plus with a heated pool and hot tub on the same level was the cherry on the cake.

We've stayed here three times now — that should speak for itself! My daughter is a musician, and on her first trip to LA we stayed at a Hilton hotel. This Airbnb is not only more affordable, but infinitely better. The kitchen is fully equipped, the laundry is convenient, and the building has great amenities like a gym, pool, and secure parking. The host is super responsive and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. Highly recommend!
