Dodge House is a historic property that has been in the family for generations. Weather and age takes its toll, but it has been carefully modernized (central A/C!) for the comfort of guests without it losing its Victorian charm. Wonderful people with lifetimes of stories about the island. Great location just around the corner from downtown, yet far enough away from the fray for a peaceful stay.

THE BEST HOST EVER!!! Extremely friendly, awesome communication, always checked in on us to make sure if we need anything, and made us feel at home. More amenities than any other airbnb we have booked before. All the furniture was really comfortable, the pull-out futon was a major plus. I would most definitely book with this host again in the future!!🤩🙌🏾

We absolutely loved our stay at Lisa's place. It exceeded our expectations - it was a clean and peaceful space with everything we needed close at hand. The bed was very comfortable and supportive, and the shower was nice and hot. Lisa was easy to contact and so friendly. She responded promptly, although we only needed to reach out during check in and check out - we didn't have any questions or issues during our stay due to the clear instructions she provided! All in all, a wonderful stay. We're hoping to return next year! Thank you so much, Lisa.

We had a great stay at Mimi's place, stayed 2 nights and went to Cedar Park. Great location close to lots of fun and grocery stores. There were 6 of us plus our dog, and we had plenty of space and beds were comfortable. We had an issue with the shower leaking water and Mimi called promptly and had it repaired ASAP. The place was decorated very fun, very clean and we had everything we needed to have a great time. We would stay again, hopefully for a lobger stay so we can enjoy everything there is to do around the area!

The cottage was so much better than the description would indicate. Wonderful neighborhood and private beach. Jaime was always responsive and helpful and the area was lovely. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone staying in the area! *****

A cozy condo right on Portage river with a beautiful view. The home was very clean and looked exactly as pictured. My kids enjoyed the pool, the hot tub looked nice, though we did not try it. They have all the necessities at the condo (even the beach towels!), and the kitchen is well-equipped. Jeff & Kerri responded to all of our messages very quickly, and provided some great suggestions, they are super friendly hosts! The location is also great - just a short walk to Jet Express, Coffee Express, and Lake Erie. The Waterworks Park nearby was amazing for a picnic, bird watching, sunset on the lake, and the view of the lighthouse.

Debra's house is just a few hundred feet away from the lake, and on a very quiet, peaceful road, so there isn't much more you can ask for! The house itself was beautiful, cozy, and sparkling clean. Debra was extremely responsive to messages, and helpful when we had questions about the area. I would absolutely recommend this location for your next trip lakeside!

We've had an amazing stay! We went to Cedar Point and it was just a few minutes away by car. The house was just as described, including all extra amenities seen on the photos. Host was very responsive. We also felt very safe in the neighbourhood. Thanks David & Christine!!

My stay was wonderful I loved the area it was in it was convenient stores and grocery stores and food places in walking distance. The Airbnb was so clean and spacious inside AND outside I had took my basketball team to cedar point for a basketball tournament and it was a 15-20 min drive from the air bnb in which I loved also the basketball rim and pool and backyard my team really put to use over the weekend. Also the renters was awesome the communication was wonderful I loved how they checked in with us to make sure everything was fine also they referred a nice ice cream spot that I took my kids to which was really good i give this place at 10 out 10 I would stay again if I ever came back.

What more could you ask for? Oh yeah- for it to never end. Michael’s home is more than that, it’s a sanctuary of serenity, paired with some of the most gorgeous views Lake Erie has to offer. Spacious, clean, and private. Last but not least- a bird aficionados paradise, the most exciting bird of the weekend a Baltimore Oriel. Would recommend this place 10/10 times.

I had an amazing weekend at this Airbnb! The space was absolutely massive—plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. This is a perfect rental. The condo was very clean and uncluttered. The bed was super comfy and there were plenty of clean towels for the bathroom and kitchen. The host goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. There were snacks and coffee plus bathroom toiletries and dish soap. I loved sitting on the covered balcony watching the boats go by in the marina. I was in the area for bird watching and this is a perfect location. Magee Marsh and Ottawa refuge are close by. Port Clinton is a 15 min drive away and has a nice Krogers and really good restaurants. I would stay here again and I would highly recommend Deborah's place.

This place was very nice and just like the pictures. We enjoyed unwinding at night with either watching TV, playing games or just talking. It was perfect for what we needed. Thank you.

My family and I loved our stay at Sara's! Everything was conveniently located with less of a 10 minute drive to everything we wanted to do. African wildlife Safari I was about a 20 min drive. Scenery was beautiful, the space was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool very much. We will definitely be back and will be checking out the other properties she has available. Loved it!
