Its completely separate from the front house , has one bedroom and a full bath downstairs with a full kitchen and living room upstairs. The kitchen has a combination microwave / convection oven and a two burner electric induction hot plate in the cabinets. All kitchen utensils , pots and pans, drip coffe maker , and electric kettle Are included in the kitchen. Pets under 25 lbs.

The space can also be booked with sister cottages on the property if needed, and is an excellent place to call home while you're in town!

Trendy neighborhood coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Enjoy the calm and quiet surroundings during your stay. There's lots of wildlife and birds to enjoy while sitting on the porch and star gazing at night. Great hiking trails are within walking distance in Mary Moore Searight park. We are a short 20-minute drive to downtown and easy access to both I35 and Mopac so getting anywhere is just a short drive. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals or explore the many options for dining out nearby.

The Catalina Guesthouse is a modern, spacious, and bright 2 bedroom house with plenty of outdoor space that backs up to a beautiful greenbelt area to enjoy the Austin weather. We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity (10-15 minutes or less) to many of the iconic Austin attractions. My husband and I live in the main house with our two dogs, Teddy and Rupert.
