The SoCo Cottage Collection 4 is a small cottage with a relaxing front porch, just off South Congress, about 3 miles South of downtown Austin. It is set up as a studio apartment with a Queen Bed, and a futon. The kitchen has a mid-sized fridge and non toxic cookware, and each of our cottages come with an Amazon Fire TV with Amazon Prime, High-Speed Wifi and a luggage storage shed. Its completely separate from the front house , has one bedroom and a full bath downstairs with a full kitchen and living room upstairs.
