Family-friendly holiday rentals in South Athens

We have very much enjoyed our stay at Ilias family place. It was in the words of Le Corbusier a home, that was truly a “Treasure chest of living”! If you are after sterile white hotel experience it might be not for you.We loved it! It is a cosy and clean home and like every home with history and character it has it’s quirky habits, but nothing hard to get instructions on and master from attempt 2.Once you are inside you are still experiencing Athens, nice for those (like me)with FOMO, you can still enjoy authentic atmosphere after a busy part of the day has got to you.We loved the hood, made use of fishmonger, veg market, bakery+supermarket is very close too. If you fancy a late drink out your are 5 min walk form nice bars. Ilias is friendly, quick at responding. He helped us out with a trusted driver taxi arrangements (3 separate trips!). Big thanks to Stavros for playing nice music in a car (we came back with Socratis Malamas on our playlists;). Great place, great people!

He provided great local recommendations and even checked in throughout my stay to make sure everything was perfect. It was clear he genuinely cared about the guests’ experience. We absolutely loved the apartment! Everything was thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay with a child — cozy, clean, and convenient. The location is perfect: not right in the center, so it’s peaceful and quiet, yet all the main attractions are within walking distance. Kalliope was very attentive and recommended nearby places and playground, which we really appreciated. We enjoyed the apartment so much that we wished we could have stayed longer. We’ll gladly recommend this place to our friends!

Very spacious flat with great views of the acropolis. The bedroom was setup to sleep 4 and it worked very well, there was plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable and nice touches like slippers were very welcome. Short walk to monastiraki square and all the sights. Lots of restaurants in a 10m radius. Our kids loved the jacuzzi.

Yannis was a great host. Responsive and instructions were clearly spelled out. What a beautiful apartment in an amazing location! So easy to get to major attractions and restaurants. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in Athens and were thrilled with our accommodations.

The apartment is wonderful, spacious and has many more amenities than described. It is a house with everything you may need. It is also very peaceful with beautiful balconies. It is ideal also for families with toddlers, there is a nice park nearby. We had a great stay!

Nous étions 5 dans le logement, 2 adultes et 3 ados. Nous avions assez de place pour tous, des rangments, des lits confortables la wi-fi. Le séjour a été agréable dans cet appartement,je recommande. La possibilité de visiter les lieux principaux a moins de 20 min à pied. Le métro très proche nous a permis d'aller à la plage. Parfait et merci a Sofia qui est très arangeante, et merci à Dimitris.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Maria ! L’emplacement est calme mais dans un quartier vivant, c’était très propre, Maria était très arrangeante et amicale, tout était conforme à la description.

This is my second time staying at Maria's, and it has been perfect. I love how cozy and warm the apartment is and at the same time has everything you could possibly need, you just feel right at home. Maria is a very sweet and bubbly person and has a contagious laugh :) we met when I first arrived and she made sure that I have all the information I needed about the apartment. Since it was Christmas time, Maria had beautiful Christmas lights and decorations that just made me smile every time I entered the apartment. She also had some Greek Sweets for Christmas which were delicious! Once you stay at Maria's Im certain it will always become your first choice when visiting Voula/Athens.

Athens is amazing. But if you stay at Xeni’s place, it’s even more wonderful. The location is quiet but close te everything. The appartment is stylish and super clean. And then… The view! The view from the terrace, the living room, everywhere. Wow! What. A. View! Oh, and last but not least: Xeni is the perfect host! See you next year!

Die Wohnung war schön und sauber. Die Lage ist gut, 5 min entfernt von U-Bahn und Bushaltestelle. Supermarkt und Bäckerei waren auch in der Nähe. Nicht weit vom Zentrum.

Ηταν ολα υπεροχα πολυ ομορφος χωρος και πολυ μεγαλος ηταν ολα πεντακαθαρα η Κυρια Γεωργια ηταν πολυ φιλοξενη.Σας ευχαριστουμε πολυ το συνιστουμε ανεπιφυλαχτα σε ολους!!!

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet mit einer tollen Küche in der alles vorhanden war was man zum Kochen braucht und um sich morgens einen Kaffee zu machen. Die Dachterrasse ist zwar nur über einen Fahrstuhl zu erreichen, jedoch ist sie sehr privat und man hat eine extrem tolle Aussicht über Athen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen! Als einzigen Hinweis: die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig in einem sehr sicheren Viertel von Athen, jedoch geht man zu Fuß wirklich sehr viele Treppen um zur Wohnung zu gelangen.

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Airbnb villa! The property was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

Natalia & George were amazing hosts, genuinely lovely people. The accommodation was lovely and clean with everything you could need. Very quiet area with amazing views of the sea and port/bay. The hill up to the apartment was a bit of a killer to walk too many times a day if you have mobility issues like I have. Wish there had been more to do in Porto Rafti, but think as we were there, 13-20th April, before summer season really kicked off it was a little quiet. We walked to the beach, 12mins, and no sunbeds were even out. We were the only people sunbathing on the beach…for UK 24deg is sunbathing weather😂 again imagine this is a different scenario after April. Would definitely go back but more in the summer season.

Εξαιρετικός και πεντακάθαρος χώρος όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες ,εξαιρετικός και επικοινωνιακός οικοδεσπότης! Εξαιρετική εμπειρία στην βίλα που σίγουρα θα την ξανά προτιμήσουμε και την συνιστούμε σε όλους!

πεντακάθαρος χώρος, υπέροχο το σπίτι ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες, πεντακάθαρη πισίνα, υπέροχη θέα. η κυρία κονι ευγενέστατη κ βοηθητική. value for money ξεκάθαρα.

Jak tak pięknie jest w zimie, to co dopiero w lecie :-) Antonios zawsze dostępny, znajduje rozwiązanie na wszystko! Dom, ogród, zaplecze - pierwsza klasa. Koty - kto lubi, a chyba wszyscy lubimy :-) - dodają dużo atmosfery. Widok z salonu, tarasu i górnego tarasu - bajeczne. Miejsce świetne, morze 100m, knajpki 100-300m i na śniadania, lunche i kolacje. Sklepy też na piechotę, zarówno małe jak i dwa markety. Na lotnisko 20min, do Aten (pod Akropol) 60min. Cieszymy się, że wybraliśmy dom Anotoniosa.
