Holiday rentals with beach access in South Athens

πολύ ωραίο σπιτάκι,ωραία ατμόσφαιρα,πολύ φιλικό,αξίζει για ένα ζευγάρι να περνάει ωραίες στιγμές και κοντά σε όλα (πχ Athens Metro Mall)

Place is great. Not too far from the downtown area. Maybe 15-25 minutes by cab if depending on traffic. The beach is walking distance away and there some some restaurants and shops in the area too. Everything was perfect and the host was very accommodating to our check in and check out times.

Έμεινα 2 βράδια με μια φίλη μου! Ωραίο σπίτι, πολύ καθαρό και μοσχομύριζε! Η κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη με ότι χρειάζεσαι, στο ψυγείο υπηρχαν και μπουκαλάκια νερά εμφιαλωμένα, όμορφη άυλη για να χαλαρώσεις! Ήσυχη γειτονιά, αρκετά κοντά βρίσκεται το Αthens Metro Mall, το μετρό του Αγίου Δημητρίου, στάσεις λεωφορείων και η λεωφόρος βουλιαγμένης! Για την κυρία Κατερίνα δεν υπάρχουν λόγια, πέρα απο το ενδιαφέρον της, ήταν διαθέσιμη οπότε την χρειαστήκαμε! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Absolutely beautiful apartment, really spacious and very comfortable, with everything we needed there. Christina was extremely helpful, and so was Suzie, the lovely lady who showed us around. The location was great too, just a few minutes walk to the beach and the tram stop. We had a wonderful time, thank you so much Christina & Suzie!

Place was clean and tidy, many extra things were available like coffee, beach mats and other things that came in handy. The owner was responsive and very friendly Highly recommend staying here

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, καθαρό και πολύ λειτουργικό, με πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση. Η Άννα ήταν πολύ άμεση στην επικοινωνία.

The place was overflowing with thoughtful touches—fresh fruit, cold drinks, homemade jams, sweets, and local goodies. Every corner whispered care. Every shelf felt like a warm hug. And just when we thought we couldn’t feel more spoiled… she surprised us with handmade gifts. During our stay. After our stay. We’re still recovering emotionally. Who does that? Mrs. Chara. And the cherry on top? You’re just a 10-minute walk from one of the most iconic beaches in Athens. Morning swims, golden hour walks, or stargazing by the shore—it’s all right there.

Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Panayotis et sa famille sont très accueillant. Nous avons adoré le tour d'Athène. L'appartement est parfait pour les enfants. Très facile de communiquer. Nous vous recommandons fortement de faire un tour de ville avec Panayotis, surtout si vous êtes de passage et vous voulez maximiser votre temps à Athènes. Panayotis nous a également facilité avec le transport à notre arrivée et notre départ. Vous devez essayez la petite taverne près de la mer a proximité de l'épicerie. This was our second time staying at this Airbnb — the first was two years ago — and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The place is spotless, comfortable, and has such a cozy atmosphere that it instantly feels like home. You can tell the host truly cares about the details and guest experience. Everything we needed was available, and the communication was quick and friendly. We’re so glad we came back, and we’d absolutely stay again!

We stayed a week and enjoyed our time at Thanos's house thoroughly. The house is older but has everything you need and the outdoor area with pool was a lifesaver on the hot days. The house is in a mountainous area and car is necessary to get around. Thanos was very responsive and had great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The house is literally right at the water. The final drive down to the house is extremely steep, and with a larger vehicle it was a challenge to turn the car around. We became pros at this about halfway through our 15-night stay!! With only three of us in the house, we had plenty of room. We thoroughly enjoyed the two living rooms (first and second levels). We also enjoyed the multiple decks to sit out and enjoy the water sounds. We used the outside table by the pool a few times and appreciated the extra shade provided by the electric awning. The pool was a bit cold for us, but we did use it. The lichen had everything we needed, which we appreciated. The house far exceeded our expectations!! Rania was very helpful, as she provided great suggestions for restaurants, activities, etc.

Beautiful clean interior of Airbnb with beautiful tranquil garden. Very helpful host communicating thru Airbnb. Just know that when you walk around on city streets, it’s messy and dirty with trash everywhere-nothing to do with the Airbnb, it’s just how it is. The beach is a quick 10 min walk and beach/mountain scenery is beautiful.

Central location, spacious apartment and host very accommodating and responsive. Great to have a washing machine. The baked cookies and fresh fruit a bonus!

We have communicated with Konstantina the cohost. She was responding immediately to all our questions before arrival. The place was very clean and well organised. The street is very quiet, no noise and during the night we slept very comfortably. We recommend the place with absolutely no hesitation.

Great place to stay to combine a visit of the sights of Athens with pleasant beach and promenade walks. Despite it being densely populated with heavy traffic, the apartment was quiet, spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The walks along the waterfront (promenade and beach) were enjoyable! Alexandria did a wonderful job greeting us and explaining everything about the property! Thank you Tony, Syefanie and Alexandria!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Nektarios. L’appartement est très propre et bien agencé . La climatisation dans toutes les pièces est très utile par fortes chaleurs . L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter facilement Athènes sans être en plein centre ! Nektarios a été très attentif à nos besoins et très réactif , même si nous n’avons pas pu le voir en personne. Le seul bémol peut être le bruit du boulevard qui est très fréquenté, mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir ! Nous recommandons.

L'appartement d'Antigoni disposait de tout le nécessaire, et la terrasse est très agréable. Antigoni a répondu à toutes nos questions de manière réactive. Nous recommandons son logement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement est très bien situé, face à ma mer et proche de toutes les commodités. Il est grand, spacieux, propre et bien équipé. L’hôte a été très réactive et flexible notamment pour le Check in et out. Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse !
