Holiday rentals with beach access in South Athens

We hadden een leuke tijd in het mooie appartement van Krassy. De aankomst was prima voorbereid en de self check-in was heel duidelijk. Het appartement is heel proper, ruim, alles is aanwezig … en wat een uitzicht! Krassy is heel behupzaam, reageert snel, is flexibel en gaf ons goede tips en aanbevelingen. Het enige nadeel is inderdaad de ligging aan de drukke weg maar dat went snel. Alles was top!

Very clean place, well equipped, exactly as described. Only downside, wifi had small issues. Host was really good to communicate with!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, and the view was absolutely beautiful — it made our mornings and evenings extra special. Mariliana was an amazing host — kind, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful throughout our visit. The small touches and warm communication made us feel truly welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I had an excellent stay here - the location is perfect, so close to the beach you can see the sea from the terrace. The house is a really good size with a lovely outside area and everything you need inside. The only thing that could be worth upgrading is the shower but the rest of the apartment and location makes up for that. The host went out of her way to communicate everything very clearly.

We had a great time. The apartment is spacious and stocked very well for a short or a long stay. It’s like home away from home. Close to the beach, bakery, supermarket, shops. Saronida is a very walkable town. Sofia was very responsive and helped us with all our questions and all requests (we are typically not that demanding!) so it was very much appreciated, especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The only thing that takes get used to is that most of Attica’s shoreline has the main road so if you want the sea view, you hear the cars. It was not a problem to sleep due to the double windows and little traffic at night but I am sensitive to the noise and it took time to get used to when enjoying the beach or the balcony during the day.

Oksana's apartment is exactly as advertised: a beautiful and clean place right on the waterfront of charming Porto Rafti. There is a beach and dock in front, and a small park beside, where there is also abundant and safe public parking. The house is well-equipped - there is nothing that we wished was there and was actually not already there! Extra blankets, plenty of comfortable pillows, a nice selection of snacks and coffee, handy appliances. The hot water is plentiful and very, very hot. The air conditioners do an excellent job of making the bedroom and living room comfortable very quickly. The bed and pillows in the bedroom are amazingly comfortable. From the house it is 5 minutes' easy walk on residential streets to the fishing harbor, which has lots of restaurants; 5 minutes' walk in the other direction gets you to the northern side of the bay, where there are more restaurants and nightspots, but walking along the road is dangerous because there is often no shoulder.

We had such a wonderful time at Maria and Micheal’s place and would definitely come back. The apartment is located about 45 minutes from Athens and is on the port of Rafina. Rafina itself is a lovely sea town with great food and great people and great access to the beach. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and clean. We spent 6 days there and had a great time exploring Athens and the Greek Riviera. Parking was never an issue. We even made organic lemonade from a tree growing in the back. It’s perfectly located next to a grocery store and several fast food restaurants. The local square is FULL of authentic Greek restaurants. We had no issues and the hosts were perfectly lovely and very responsive. Even though we visited during the off-season, there was plenty to do and the house was ready for guests. 10/10 would recommend to anyone traveling to the region.

We had a fantastic stay at Konstantinos! A beautiful place, near the beach, which was paradise. Close to Athens and the temple of Poseidon. Konstantinos was a great host, quick respons and helped us really well. Hope we will return some time.

Es ist schön dort, sehr ruhig, viele Katzen zu Besuch! Wunderbarer Ausblick, freundliche Nachbarn. Allerdings ist es wirklich nur ein Raum zum Schlafen (bei drei Personen), eine Küche und ein Bad. Die Waschmaschine ist nicht frei zugänglich. Die Wäsche würde für uns gewaschen und aufgehängt....selberachen ist mir da lieber. Bis zum Strand läuft man bergab gut 20 Minuten. Zurück, logisch, bergauf. Der Bus in der Stadt fährt zweimal. Am Tag. Der Ort würde von Radverleih oder Mopedverleih stark profitieren! Wir waren sehr gerne dort. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alles sehr sauber.

Kohteessa oli paljon tilaa ja tekemistä sekä upea näkymä! Asunto oli siisti. Kohteen korkea sijainti vaatii reippailua, mutta ei ollut kuitenkaan mahdoton. Suosittelen kohdetta liikunnalliselle seurueelle, jos haluaa lomalla tutkailla ympäristöään ja käydä reissuilla, mutta eritoten seurueelle, joka arvostaa rauhaa ja yksityisyyttä, ja kaipaa lomaltaan rentoa yhdessäoloa. :-)

Very nice place to stay. Location, location, location!!! Right next to the ocean and oceanfront restaurants. Airport is close, technically, but the roads to get to and from it felt like they took a bit via taxi. Worth the price, very kind host, and home as described.

Konstantinos is located in a peaceful and safe part of Athens. The apartment is in very nice condition, the pictures are not deceiving. He is a very kind host, always quick to respond and even provided food and toiletries. There is a Lidl about 10 minutes walk away, where you can buy cheap groceries. I highly recommend staying in Athens if you don't mind the city centre being a bit far away. The 40 bus is calculable and the metro is close by too. And Athens and Greece are wonderful, needless to say. And let's not forget the lovely cats :)

Nous avons adoré notre séjour!! L"emplacement est parfait loin des attrapes touristes. Très propre et beau! Nous pouvions même faire du lavage. Nous nous sentions comme à la maison! Ils ont été très flexible pour notre heure d'arrivée et ce fût très apprécié,!!,Nous le recommandons à 100,% Nous avons aimé découvrir les petits restos et boutiques Il a la mer en face!! Vous devez savoir que ce n',est as du sable mais des roches! Apportez vous des souliers d'eau!!Merci énormément pour ce séjour mémorable!!!

We are Americans who came for a wedding and didn’t know what to expect. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building (has an elevator, but we didn’t use) and very quaint and clean. Afrofiti was a pleasure to work with - extremely responsive and worked with us to help us check-in a bit early and drop our luggage off. There’s a washer in the unit, the water pressure is fantastic, and the windows/AC units give you plenty of options for temperature adjustments. There’s a market open 7 days a week right around the corner and a 5 minute walk to main square where you can find restaurants and coffee shops. We had such a lovely time and would definitely come back to this sleepy little beach town.

A wonderful and cosy appartment next to Varkiza beach front. Very quiet area to relax at without any disturbances.

I was very impressed by Greece, which I visited for the first time. I thought it was a quiet satellite city because it was a bit far from Athens, but the transportation conditions were more convenient than in a big city, and the level of service at the restaurant was surprising. The accommodation was also enough to make me feel at home, with the host's active and detailed service. I had a good rest and it was an opportunity to see the high standard of living in the surrounding area. I highly recommend it.

This was our second stay at the apartment. We arrived early and Athina was very kind to store our luggage for us while we waited for the check-in time. The apartment is located in a lovely neighbourhood with a good selection of restaurants, several bakeries, and grocery stores - 5-7min walking distance. During this stay we wanted to explore a bit of the old city. Whilst a bit of a trip (40min), the tram route was the most convenient, given there is a tram stop near the apartment. Airport trip was also quite easy as one of the express bus routes stops nearby. In the morning (easy traffic) it took 1,5 hours to get to the airport. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Athina!

Very spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen, nive terrace with beautiful view, just a short walk to the beach. Evi is a great host, easy to communicate with, quick response and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Athens, there are many things see arouns but ideally having a car available.
