Appartement magnifique (tout est neuf), immeuble de grand standing, correspond au photos (voir plus grand qu'en photos). Emplacement parfait, resto et bar à proximité. Résidence sécurisée et silencieuse. Quartier touristique et safe. Hôte réactif ainsi que ses parents qui sont d'une immense gentillesse, un grand merci à Taoufik de m'avoir déposé à l'aéroport. Je recommande cette belle trouvaille, 5 étoiles méritées. Bien à vous.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Sousse. L'appartement était impeccable, très propre, bien entretenu et conforme à la description, et également de très bon standing. . Il est idéalement situé pour profiter de la ville. La résidence est calme et sécurisée, avec une place de parking toujours disponible, ce qui est un vrai plus. L'hôte a été particulièrement accueillant et attentif, et son père a également été d'une grande gentillesse et très serviable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour un séjour confortable et sans souci. Merci Walid.

The place was amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It was clear and tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, not far from the beach, which allowed us to enjoy some lovely walks along the shore. A great host, friendly and accessible. It was a great place to stay and the host is incredibly kind. Well worth the price. The apartment in centrally located with good restaurants, shops, and close to a louage route. Would definitely stay here again!

This house is in a great location and full of homely comforts to make it a lovely stay. Seconds from the beach and a few minutes from the nearest shops/restaurants. Beautiful bedrooms, living area and kitchen with all the gadgets. Everything that is needed is on hand and communication with Mohamed was always quick ad efficient. A great house!

Enjoyed my stay and would definitely comeback, Residence is peaceful and family friendly, the only negative aspect is something out of there hands regarding mandatory water cuts by local authorities which caused a bit of inconvenience to a family with kids.

Wohnung war wie beschrieben, einziges Manko war, das WLAN im Inserat angegeben wurde jedoch war keins vorhanden. Angeblich ein Fehler von Airbnb. Es waren genug Kochutensilien vorhanden. Wohnung an sich war sauber, jedoch war die Toilette etwas unangenehm und musste erstmal geputzt werden bei Ankunft. Die Waschmaschine zeigte in einigen Programmen Error an so das man nur in einem Rapid Programm 14minuten die Kleidung waschen konnte. Wir waren trotzdem alles in allem sehr zufrieden. Außerhalb der Touristenecke und dennoch alles schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. 3 Gehminuten zum Stand. Das Meer konnte man auch vom Balkon aus sehen.

Excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement ! Qualité de prestations garanti. Le logement est splendide, fonctionnel, très bien aménagé et entretenu. Propreté et confort sont au rendez-vous. L’hôte est très accueillant, soucieux de votre confort, réactif et toujours disponible. Je recommande vivement 😊

I’ll give Yacine’s place 5 stars for everything, kids enjoyed the pools and the water park, bedding very comfortable, private parking, quiet neighborhood and safe. We used the beach from the hotel next door and paid only 6 euros. We will definitely go back
