Holiday rentals with a patio in Sousse

Beautiful apartment (everything is new), luxury building, matches the photos (see bigger than in photos). Perfect location, restaurant and bar nearby. Safe and quiet residence. Touristy and safe neighborhood. Responsive host as well as his parents who are extremely kind, a big thank you to Taoufik for dropping me off at the airport. I had a great time at this apartment in Sousse. The apartment was spotless, very clean, well maintained and as described, and also of very good standing. It is conveniently located for enjoying the town. The residence is quiet and secure, with a parking space always available, which is a real plus. The host was particularly welcoming and attentive, and his father was also very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and worry-free stay. Thank you Walid.

The place was amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It was clear and tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This house is in a great location and full of homely comforts to make it a lovely stay. Seconds from the beach and a few minutes from the nearest shops/restaurants. Beautiful bedrooms, living area and kitchen with all the gadgets. Everything that is needed is on hand and communication with Mohamed was always quick ad efficient. A great house!

Enjoyed my stay and would definitely comeback, Residence is peaceful and family friendly, the only negative aspect is something out of there hands regarding mandatory water cuts by local authorities which caused a bit of inconvenience to a family with kids.

This is the second year we rent from Mohamed, and no surprises, he is still as professional, helpful and caring.

Everything was great as described.

Apartment was as described, the only drawback was, but the wifi was indicated in the listing, but there was none. Allegedly an Airbnb error. There were plenty of cooking utensils. Apartment itself was clean, however, the toilet was a bit uncomfortable and had to be cleaned upon arrival. The washing machine showed error in some programs so that you could only wash the clothes in a rapid program for 14 minutes. We were still very satisfied all in all. Outside the tourist corner and yet everything quickly accessible by car. 3 minutes walk to the stand. The sea could also be seen from the balcony.

Houcem was a great host and very responsive.. he have the cleaner to clean the pool for every two days.. the place is beautiful and clean and fun to stay in with the pool to enjoy and bbq place and have ping pong table too! will definitely come back whenever i visit Sousse!

I’ll give Yacine’s place 5 stars for everything, kids enjoyed the pools and the water park, bedding very comfortable, private parking, quiet neighborhood and safe. We used the beach from the hotel next door and paid only 6 euros. We will definitely go back
