Very welcoming guest. We felt right at home.

The villa is beautiful in a very secure subdivision. Hella is very kind, welcoming and proactive, communication has always been very fluid. We had a lovely stay with the family. Only small downside: air conditioning is only present in two out of four bedrooms.

My husband and I immediately fell in love with the villa! The Host Aymen is very Welcoming & was helpful with directions. We had to check in to the maison in the evening & He met w/ us to hand us the keys, no issue, smiling & friendly. He answered any others questions we had. The home is beautifully decorated, along w/charming antique hardware & tilework. Historically built, so the home has many original features but w/ MODERN accommodations!!! The home is walkable to the beach & many restaurants are just a walk in the other direction. The home is immaculately clean. It's the perfect setting for families, friend groups, or married couples on honeymoon! The home sits on a very peaceful CLEAN & safe cobblestone street! It has all the architectural & decorative charm you could ask for of a Tunisian home; The jasmine flowers in the indoor patio make the entire home smell lovely. The garden is breathtaking & great space for outdoor entertaining! We'll be back!

This by far excceded our expectations. Beautiful clean place with beautiful nature and animal. It charmed us the moment we got in. Ela was also extremely helpful and understanding, I couldn't have asked for a better host! We definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a beautiful retreat!

We had an exceptional family stay in Sousse in this beautiful villa! 🌴 The house is perfect for hosting a family: spacious, clean, well thought out, and the private pool made both young and old happy. Everyone was able to find their space, rest, have fun and fully enjoy the quiet and pleasant setting. A huge thank you to Hamdouch, our host, for his availability, kindness and hospitality. He was present without being intrusive, always ready to answer our questions or advise us on the region. A real plus that made our stay even more serene and enjoyable. It's rare to feel so welcome. We leave with wonderful family memories, and it's certain: we will return in chaa Allah. I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Stayed here for 10 days and honestly cannot believe how nice this apartment is. It’s in a great location. The building is secure. You have everything you could possibly think of with all cooking utensils, towels, even have a hair dryer. I have felt so at home here, and achraf has been great if I had any questions he would reply straight away. I would definitely recommend staying here, Thank you so much I will definitely return to this accommodation x

Had a great stay at the place. Hamdi is a very friendly host. The check in worked great. Everything was very clean. Very cozy and modernly furnished, just like in the photos. I felt totally comfortable and will definitely be back!

It was as described and the location was quiet. Nice people and a kiosk that can be reached quickly on foot. Mohamed is very nice and helped immediately when we had questions. Overall, we are very satisfied.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. This was a great place to stay, far enough from the overly touristy places to get a proper experience of Tunisia, and close enough for a comfortable stay. The beach is right there.

Nice apartment which is fully equipped, comfy and feels homy. I would highly recommend staying at Bassem’s place, it’s well located near to everything. Bassem is an amazing host who goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease in the place, he’s super friendly and you’ll definitely enjoy having a conversation with him.
