On the ground floor: a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave oven, and a toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190, another with a double bed of 160x200, a bathroom. (Need to go through the bedroom to access it). A large courtyard will allow you to park easily.
