Pleasant studio of approximately 20 m², with a separate bathroom and a separate toilet. This studio is located on the ground floor of our house but it has a completely independent entrance. It consists of a main room with a 140 bed (new quality bedding), a fully equipped kitchen area, a desk area, an armchair and a dressing room. There is also a separate bathroom (shower and towel dryer), a separate toilet and a small hall. Free private parking.

House suitable for hosting you with family or friends, which you have in its entirety. Ideal for 6 adults, 1 child and 1 baby (there is an umbrella bed). Composed of 3 bedrooms each equipped with a double bed, one with a cabin bed (and a sofa bed in the living room). Ideally located in a residential area close to the city center and schools. Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
