Our villa is autonomous giving you everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The villa is equipped with A/C, TV-DVD, SATELLITE, REFRIGERATOR, KITCHEN, JACUZZI, FREE WI-FI while the breathtaking view will compensate the most demanding. The spacious and quality of the objects compared to a permanent resident are more than enough, giving you even greater sense of comfort and hospitality. It has private veranda with sea view and sun set view. We offer welcome wine, fruits, bottle water, jams, butter, milk, orange juice, ham and cheese for toast. In the bathrooms we offer hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers. Our common facilities provide laundry service, sun umbrellas, chaise lounge, patio tables, free Wi-Fi and free parking place. Free transportation from the port or airport to our villas during your arrival and free transportation from our villas to the port or airport during your departure. Our resort has been built in a quite area with unobstructed sea view. It is closed to Parikia, capital of Paros, and many sandy beaches. We are about one km away from Greek traditional taverna, super market and bus stop. In a short drive (about 5 minutes) you could go for kite surf, wind surf, sailing, scuba and other water sports. A tennis club is 5 minutes away from our resort.

This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

You deliver it clean with sheets and towels and there is not a service include during your stay.

My place is good for couples, families and groups of friends. Its location offers easy access to the port of Parikia (4 kms) and to the Airport (7 kms) and all other areas of interest in the island. Walking distane to Parasporos beach by a small trail by the sea. Excellent sunsets.
