Bedroom with 2 beds. Toilet and shower. Canoe is available to borrow in summer. Other times in consultation. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Fresh bathroom with shower and kitchen with comfortable seating and an adorable view. The kitchen contains induction stovetop, oven, fridge and microwave. The property has its own private patio with possibility for barbecue and sauna.

The house is located on a farm from 1805 and has its own garden and patio. Wake up to birds chirping and morning coffee on the balcony before taking a bike ride down to the swimming area. Don't forget to stop in the blueberry forest. Nice forest walks, good roads for country road cycling, flea markets, cultural heritage and ancient monuments are nearby.

You'll love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning to night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, the wildlife. The house is built to make you feel like you're in the middle of nature, but indoors. Feel free to take forest walks in the nearby area. To the house, you can take the motorboat with a 4 hp rowing boat, which is included, as it is about 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter, you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.
