Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. In "Mormors hus" you live in a newly renovated house for four in the quiet countryside with proximity to Stockholm and Nynäshamn's archipelago. The house is located on a farm from 1805 and has its own garden and patio. Wake up to birds chirping and morning coffee on the balcony before taking a bike ride down to the swimming area. Don't forget to stop in the blueberry forest. Nice forest walks, good roads for country road cycling, flea markets, cultural heritage and ancient monuments are nearby.

Newly-built mini villa with a luxurious feel in scenic areas. Lake and canoe rental can be reached within a short walking distance, Tyresta nature reserve is located next to the house with miles of hiking trails and running tracks. Unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Here, you can breathe in the calm while the city pulse is only a 15-minute drive away. Without a car, you can easily get in by bus instead. You'll love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning to night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, the wildlife. The house is built to make you feel like you're in the middle of nature, but indoors. Feel free to take forest walks in the nearby area. To the house, you can take the motorboat with a 4 hp rowing boat, which is included, as it is about 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter, you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Två dubbelkajaker och 2 heldämpad MTB finns att hyra till förmånligt boendepris. Lakan, handdukar och parkering ingår. Perfekt utgångsläge för att utforska lokala sevärdheter och stadens puls. Direktanslutning med pendeltåg till Arlanda via Stockholm Central gör din resa smidig och bekväm. Välkomna att uppleva det bästa av vårt område!

All this just 30 minutes from Stockholm! Imagine spending a few days or weeks in this environment 😀 - All space is privately available to you as guests.

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new black house next door. Possible with up to 7 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 5 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.
